Ethan glanced at her briefly, his eyes focused on the road ahead, and he replied, "We're going to my mansion. It's closer, and we can dry off and warm up there." Camila nodded in understanding, her body shivering.

After half an hour of driving through the relentless rain, Ethan's car came to a halt in front of his majestic mansion. The imposing gate swung open automatically, like an obedient servant welcoming its master. Ethan guided the vehicle into the driveway, carefully maneuvering into a parking spot.

Turning off the engine, Ethan reached over to the backseat, his hand rummaging through the clutter until it found what it was searching for, an umbrella. As Ethan pulled it out it opened and with a satisfying click, he closed the umbrella and prepared to exit the car. His gaze softened as he glanced at Camila, still shivering from the cold rain.

"Here, let me help you," Ethan offered, his voice filled with concern. He stepped out of the car and hurriedly made his way to Camila's
