Chapter 7

The car halted at the Gilbert's mansion, she opened the door and came out of the car, she looked at the main door and became depressed immediately.

"Anthony will do alot of things to me, but I will scale through." She muttered with a small smile. The driver saw Sonia wasn't moving from her position and he saw she was gone in thought.

"Ma'am, we need to take in your bags." The driver reminded with a simple tap on her shoulders, Sonia sprained up immediately.

"Why are you in such a deep thought?". The driver asked with a furrowed brow. Sonia turned to him with a smile.

"Nothing, please help me with the other bag." Sonia said as she took a bag and the driver took another bag, then they walked towards the door.

Mrs Gilbert was fully dressed in a yellow gown, she used a black tommy belt around her waist, a black bag was hung on her right shoulder and she had a black shoe on.

Sonia walked in with the driver, she still has a frown on, her mood lit up when she saw her boss. 

"Wow Ma'am, you look beautiful and breathtaking in your dress." Sonia complimented as she walked in fully.

"Thank you Sonia." She replied with a beautiful smile.

"I am back with my bags now so where would I be staying?." Sonia asked then she bowed.

Mrs Gilbert smiled and turned... "Marissa.!!". She called immediately, a young girl came out of the kitchen with an apron on.

"I want you to take her to the room opposite Anthony's room." Mrs Gilbert instructed then a gasp escaped Sonia's lips and a shock appeared on her face. She felt she has to talk now or else she would be stuck with her greatest enemy. She sighed.

"Please Ma'am can I get another room aside that maybe a room close to Nancy since she is the reason I here." Sonia persuaded.

"No dear, that's the only room you can stay in now, Marissa will lead you to the room, make sure you settle down before Nancy comes back. I will be leaving now." Mrs Gilbert said and walked out. Sonia has a confused look on her face.

"Let's go Sonia." Marissa said as started climbing the stairs but Sonia was absent minded as she thought about nasty things Anthony will do to her.

Marissa stopped and turned when she didn't hear any steps behind her.

"Sonia, what are you waiting for." She shouted, Sonia was brought back to reality.

"Not again." She muttered and rushed to Marissa, then they continued their journey.

"This is your room". Marissa said as soon as they got to the entrance.

"Thank you." Sonia appreciated then she knobbed down the handle and it opened widely.

"Let's go in." Marissa said, they both walked in.

"Wow this is beautiful." Sonia said with a fake compliment.

"This is not up to half of my room, it is not spacious and beautiful." She thought with a scoff.

"Yes it is, you are very lucky this room belongs to you because none of us has never gotten a room upstairs before." Marissa stated with tint of sadness in her tone as she looked around the room.

 It has a large wardrobe attached to the left side wall, the bathroom was on the right, then it has a middle size bed in the middle, all other furnitures were properly placed.

"Thank you Marissa, I need to start unpacking right now." Sonia dropped her bag on the bed.

"Okay, let me help you with that since I am less busy." Marissa rendered.

"No Marissa I can do that on my own, the only thing I will be needing your help with is that when you get down stairs please inform the driver to bring my other bag upstairs." 

"Okay I will, make yourself comfortable in your new room, make sure you send for me whenever you need something."

"I will." Sonia replied with a smile, then Marissa walked out.

"She is very nice and kind so as Mrs Gilbert, I wonder where Anthony got his nature from." Sonia wondered.

She faced her bag, then she unzipped it and started unpacking.

Andrew slammed the door and it let out a loud noise, he was peeping at Sonia.

He walked to his couch with a sad face... 

"I shouldn't have interfered at all, why didn't I just keep quiet and watch them talk, I hate myself alot." Andrew blamed as he fling the flower vase on the table across the room.

He always want to be alone, he receives lectures at home through the online teachings, he doesn't even want to show his face to anyone apart his family members and workers.

Andrew stood up and went to lay on the bed, he has being having sleepless nights, he closed his eyes slowly, he drifted to sleep.

Adam drove into his school compound in a great speed.

The ladies stood with smiles on their faces as they know it will be none other than Adam Gilbert.

Some girls started adjusting their dresses as they want him to pick them. It has become one of his habit to date and dump girls every week.

Adam stopped the car at the school pack, he put on his shades and arranged his hair after he was done, then he stepped out of the car looking handsome as always.

Girls flocked around him immediately, they started touching different parts of his body but he felt nothing as he wasn't interested in any of them.

"Adam baby." A voice called from behind, the girls paved way for her. The voice came from Lily.

Lily is the most beautiful lady in the whole school, her father owned the school so she has every right to punish, date and fuck any student but Adam case is very different as he didn't give in to her.

She walked towards Adam and placed her hand on his shoulders, Adam took off his hand and dusted his shoulders. Lily was shocked then she looked around and saw others giggling but one person has a wide laughter which got her really angry, she walked towards to the girl in anger, her eye ball changed to red. She gave the girl a resounding slap, the girl held her cheek tightly due to the hotness of her cheek.

"How dare you make fun of me, I will make you regret ever coming to school today." Lily yelled as she was about to pull her hair, Adam grabbed her and gave her a resounding slap also.

 Lily couldn't believe her eyes as she wasn't expecting to be slapped, she has never received a slap from anybody not even her parents hit her.

"You slapped me because of this thing here." Lily shouted as tears dropped from her eyes, Adam scoffed and walked closer to the girl, he removed her hand from her ear.

"I am going to spend the whole week with this girl here." Adam declared, then he took her hand and walked away, the girl was very happy that Adam finally noticed her after long time of expecting.

The other girls started murmuring and making jest of Lily, some can't wait to be punished in front of Adam.

Lily was disappointed, furious, pain, hurt and heartbroken at the same time. Adam really disgraced her and she yearned for revenge.

Lily watched them walk away and let out a revengeful smile.

"I still love you Adam, but you will have to be punished for what you did to me." Lily muttered and walked away also.
