Chapter 142: Insanity and truth

Oliver's POV

Ela accusing Cecil of being the mastermind behind what happened to Ocean was the last thing I expected to hear, but she accused her and believed the words she said. I thought Ela had moved on from seeing Cecil, but she hadn't. I believed she had seen someone who she believed was Cecil; there was a high probability that the trauma of seeing Ocean in such a state had affected her mental comprehension and made her see things that weren’t real. How to deal with this was still something I had to think about.

“Oliver!” I heard Max’s voice call from not so far away, and I turned around to find him approaching me.

I was surprised to find him because I didn’t call him, and he was also the last person I would reach out to because of his lack of social personality. Yet I appreciated his presence. “Nina told me what happened,” he said as he got close and pulled me into a tight hug. “I am sorry, buddy.” He patted my back.

Yea a lot more and I wish you get on with it it’s Kimberly and Cecilia working together please stop all the madness and stop all this procrastinating with these fill in chapters and get to the point

I think the scene she had with Kimberly was a setup by Kimberly to take the attention away, so ocean could be harmed
