Chapter 23

Carsen's POV

I wanted to speak to her, but I did not know the exact words to use. I was really nervous as I drove her in my car.

The memories of how I went back upstairs to meet her but still did not do what was in my mind kept flashing in my head.

Her scent was also playing its own role in the car, but I had already started getting used to it, and I controlled myself anytime I was with her.

As we got to the location, I had to inform her that we had arrived, although my heart kept skipping and beating really fast.

I did not want to seem scared of talking to her, so I had to tell her to follow me as she started asking a lot of questions as usual.

Getting there, there was a lot of crowd in the reception, and they were mostly pathetic humans.

I did not want to have anything to do with them, so I went to a seat that was a bit separated from theirs.

They have really done a lot of things to me that I can never forget about, and I do not see myself having anything to do with them.
