Chapter Six

Jocelyns POV

I woke up to the feeling of something heavy on my side. My eyes fluttered open to see a sleeping Lorenzo with his arm draped over me. I really had to go to the bathroom so I picked his heavy arm up and shimmied my way out of the bed. Lorenzo was still sleeping like the dead and I just smiled and shook my head. I went to the bathroom and decided to take a quick shower.

Once I was done I wrapped a towel around my body and went back to the bedroom. Lorenzo was sitting up on the edge of the bed rubbing his eyes. "Good morning" I said with a smile. He looked up and smirked "Too bad we aren't mates. I could get used to this" he said with a chuckle. I went into my closet and grabbed some of my clothes before going back to the bathroom to change. I finished getting ready for the day and walked back out. "You look beautiful" Lorenzo said as he took in my appearance.

I had decided to wear a yellow sundress with little flowers on it. It had the baby doll cap sleeves and a little bow on the neck line where my cleavage was. "Aw thanks" I said with a blush. Lorenzo came over with a towel on his shoulder and he kissed my temple. "I want to take you out on a date tonight" He said. I met his gaze and nodded my head "Sure sounds great" I said. He just smiled and walked into the bathroom.

I made my way down to the dining room to see Mateo and Elena already there. I plopped down in my seat from yesterday and waved. "Morning" I said. I wanted to laugh at the two of them, they both looked like zombies. In response they both groaned out a morning before someone came and brought them cups of coffee. "Good morning, where can I get a cup?" I asked the woman. "Oh I'll bring you a cup. How do you take it?" She asked. "Oh no it's okay I can get it" I said however the woman was already back in the kitchen.

"It's their job" Elena said. I looked back at at the couple confused. "They're our omegas, the low 'ranking' wolves" She added with air quotes. "They have different positions within the pack. We have omegas in the kitchens, doing laundry, yard work, et cetera" Mateo explained. "Oh so she's like a waitress?" I asked. "Yeah just without the tips. Don't worry though they get livable wages" Elena said. I nodded my head and the woman came back with my coffee. "Thank you so much" I said with a smile. She had brought out a little cup of sugar and some creamer as well.

I loaded my coffee up before taking a sip of the living giving liquid. I moaned in satisfaction and heard a chuckle next to me. "I could get used to that sound" Lorenzo said as he greeted us. "So I was thinking dinner and a movie" He said looking over to me. "Sounds great" I said.  Antonio showed up shortly after and breakfast was served. Today we had pancakes, waffles, cinnamon rolls, eggs, and breakfast meats. I loaded my plate up with a cinnamon roll and some eggs.

When one of the omegas came out Lorenzo spoke up. "I'm going to need the theater room tonight so can you make sure it's cleaned up?" He asked. "Yes Beta" The man said with a slight bow  of his head. "I'll get with the kitchen staff later about dinner" He added. The omega disappeared before he gave wink and continued eating. "How are things going?" Tony asked us. "Good we're having a date tonight" Enzo replied.

"Excellent" Tony said. "Cuando hayamos terminado Enzo, me gustaria verte en mi oficina (When we're done Enzo I'd like to see you in my office)" He quickly added. "Si Alfa (Yes Alpha)" Lorenzo replied with a slight bow of his head. Once everyone was done with breakfast Tony and Lorenzo went to the office and I hung out with Mateo and Elena for a bit.

The day went on and it was finally time for my date with Lorenzo. I knocked on his bedroom door which I couldn't help but giggle at. When I opened the door he was dressed in a nice button down shirt and dark jeans. His black hair was slicked back and he had a bouquet of flowers. "These are for you" He said with a handsome smile. I felt butterflies in my stomach as I took them. "Thank you they're beautiful" I said and brought them to my nose. "Leave them on the dresser, an omega will bring up a vase" He said.

I did as he asked and he offered me his arm. I rested my hand on the crook of his elbow as he went down the stair to the first floor. He opened up a random door to show a room with a large white screen. There were rows of comfy looking recliners. At the bottom there was a table set up to the side with two chairs and plates with silver domes over them. "This is one hell of a first date" I said with a laugh looking over at Enzo. "My 'mate' only deserves the best" He said with a smirk.

We sat down and ate the most delicious chicken and mashed potatoes I had ever had. Then we cuddled up in one of the large recliners to watch the movie. "So what did Tony need to talk to you about?" I asked. "Oh uh he wanted to discuss some details of the plan for the convention" He said. I felt like there was some hesitation and I tried to read his mind. Let's just say his thoughts were on me. I lifted my head met his eyes.

They were dark with lust and I immediately started to feel warmth in my lower stomach. I watched as his eyes fluttered close as he took a deep breath in. Once his eyes opened they were pitch black and he snaked a hand into my hair. He brought his lips to my ear and whispered "I can smell how much you want me." I let out a huff as he pulled back slightly. He brought his lips to mine as he guided my hand to the hard bulge in his pants. "I feel the same way" He said before kissing me.
