Later that evening, the four of us were seated in the parlour, discussing the plan to defeat Lance and save my dad.

"I think we should kidnap Lance and then torture him until he reveals Mr. Hammond's location," Gena suggested.

"That sounds like a nice idea." Emilio nodded. "But what if he doesn't talk? What if kidnapping him only makes things worse?" He reasoned.

"Emilio is right. Kidnapping Lance might end up backfiring on us." I stated.

"It will backfire only if we don't execute the plan well. I have the means to ensure that the plan doesn't fail. Okay, here it goes. We will kidnap Lance, take him to an abandoned site that only the four of us know about then torture him. And if he doesn't talk, we could call one of his henchmen using Lance's phone and strike a deal with him which will be Brenda's dad. What do you guys think?" Gena proposed.

There was a moment of silence as we threw glances at each other.
