Chapter 72

Christina’s POV

After my talk with Summer, I realized a few things. I had never given my future a second thought. What did I want from my life? I couldn’t expect others to know it if I didn’t myself. It was the same for my belongings. How was anyone to know I had nothing if I had told no one? The maid only found out I had nothing because I was handwashing my underwear in the sink.

Then there are my mates. Summer was right about them, too. Before seeking advice from others, we had to get to know each other. This is our bond and no one else’s. No two bonds are the same. I had to give our bond a chance.

That day, I started holding both of their hands. It was nice. We went for a walk out in the sunshine. I felt warm and tingly inside and out. They made me laugh and smile. I had to admit it. They made me feel happy. Which is an unusual feeling for me.
