Maddox’s POV

It’s been a few weeks since the eclipse, or should I say the attack! Me, Lottie, Caren and Reed have been helping Parker create a pack he can be proud of. First, he decided we all needed a home to call our own. Ours are to be built at the entrance of the territory, as Lottie and Caren can’t face going into it. Parker's is to be central to the pack.

After discussing it with Lottie and Caren. It's been decided that their old home will be demolished. Building a place of worship is to be built, with a cemetery attached to it. That was an emotional discussion. According to Parker, it’s important for everyone to have a place to bury their loved ones, visit them, and pray for them. Since Millie and Veronica are already buried there, it makes sense to build the whole thing around their graves. Lottie cried so much, “I can finally give my mom a headstone. They can both have a headstone.”
