Chapter fifteen

After getting back to the packhouse, me and Lillias went straight to bed and I slept, really slept, for the second time, I didn’t dream about the night I killed my old man. The night I challenged my whole pack, the night I became Alpha.
Lillias was still asleep next to me, her breathing steady, her leg over mine, her face on my chest, using me as a pillow. She mumbles in her sleep and rolls over, giving me chance to get up and go to the toilet, putting my pillow next to her face so my scent is fresh. Knowing we have a lot to do today, my main job today is to finish briefing the warriors. But first we had training, so I quickly shower while in the bathroom and dress, to get there before the pack at seven A.M.
Luke and Rich meet me on the field at six A.M to go for a quick warm up and sparring, we have a quick chat about what training we are going to put the pack though today, we have a war to prepare for. The pack arrives, we start stretching, making
