Chapter 8

FIGHTING THE NINJA'S:

"I see you have a lot of guts pack in you that you are asking us such stupid questions." The Ninja who had given the driver envelope full of money said to Demon. "Say that again when you are at our mercy." He added.

"I have so much confidence in myself and I know I can beat all of you here at once," Demon said. "Before I kill all of you, would you mind telling me who sent you to kill me." He said and brought out his phone from his pocket, typing into it without a care of the Ninjas that surrounds him.

"Someone who knows who you are, someone who wants your blood and wants you dead. You will get to meet the person soon before your death." The same Ninja told Demon.

"I always warn anyone that wants to fight with me." Demon said softly, putting his phone back into his pocket. "Leave here if you still wish to live or you die in my hands."

All the ninjas laughed out taking his words for fun.

"And you think we will run away in fear? Well think again."

"You don't know me then, I will still give you all a second chance, run away while you still can."

He hoped they didn't pay attention to his plea and stay.

"And who told you we don't know you, we are the strongest and fastest Ninjas sent to bring you half dead to our master."

"Then who is coming first," Demon said calmly, waiting for the first Ninja to make his move. He didn't have to wait much longer when one ran towards him with his sword raised above his head.

Demon did nothing to block the coming attack as the Ninja approached him bringing his sword down to strike.

Demon used his other free hand to stop the sword from touching his beautiful face and with inhuman force drag the sword away from the Ninja. Before the Ninja would bring out his second short sword he kept hidden in his hips just for emergency, Demon has used his two Ninja Dragon Stars to slash deeply in his body and neck.

"Is this the fastest and strongest Ninjas you say you are?" Demon mocked them.

"Let's attack him together." One ninja shouted and every Ninjas surrounding him rushed at him at once.

Demon took the sword from the dead Ninja and attacked them.

Within 5 minutes blood filled the car and ground as all the Ninjas dropped dead. He killed them as they all lay on the ground in pieces except for one. He didn't kill one Ninja.

Going to meet the Ninja who started shaking in fear. "Relax I am not killing you." Demon told the Ninja when he was a few feet away from him. "Do you know why I won't kill you?"

The Ninja slowly shook his head in fear.

"Because I want to know who your master is and why he had sent you weaklings to kill me when he fully knows none of the Ninjas are my match. So who is he?" Demon asked.

"I can't betray my oath I took so you better kill me because you will get nothing even if you toture me." The Ninja told Demon.

"I was expecting that answer, but I won't kill you. Go back and report to your master that I defeated his Ninjas and that if he wants to attack me again, he should get a stronger Ninjas to do that and not baby Ninjas who think by moving faster and are strong it now makes them invisible." Demon said. "Go now before I change my mind about killing you." He added and the Ninja ran away as fast as he could.

That leaves him with the driver.

Turning slow to look at the man shivering inside the car, sweating. He walked towards him, getting to the car, he opened the driver seat door and asked the driver to come down.

The driver did without any delay as he was afraid of his life. "Please forgive me sire, I was forced to do it. They threatened to kill my whole family if I didn't do as they had instructed. I am so sorry Sire." The driver pleaded with tears in his eyes as Demon regarded him slowly.

He grabbed hold of the man's hands and held it in his large hands for some minutes, within that short time, the driver wet his trousers in fear.

Dropping the driver's hands, he walked towards the passenger seat and opened the door, bringing out his bag, he opened it and brought out a cheque book. He wrote on it and tore off where he had written something, he walked towards the shivering man with his bag in the other hand and gave him the cheque. The driver collected it with shaking hands.

"Take this for all your troubles and do not try this ever again to someone else." Demon said and a portal appeared in front of them. "I believe you man, but next time I won't be so calm," He said and entered the portal which closes behind him.

The driver was surprised when he saw the portal. He looked at the cheque and his eyes nearly popped out of their sockets.

This unknown man he was paid to bring in an isolated place has just made him a billionaire within a few minutes.

Somewhere in France....

Rose knocked on the door of her husband's office which he has in a part of the mansion and didn't wait for his response before she entered.

"Rose is Julian back?" Robert asked his wife as she walked in and sat down on the empty chair facing his desk.

"He is back dear but he told me something interesting."

"And what can that be?" Robert asked, giving Rose his full attention.

"He wants to go on a vacation in Paris." Rose answered her husband.

"Another vacation, when will he stop lavishing money?"

"I can't really say Robert but something in me tells me this vacation will change him."

"Well your instincts are never wrong my sweet Rose. Just let me know when he intends to go to Paris."

Getting up and going to meet her husband, she pecked him on his cheeks, "Thank you my love."

The surviving Ninja entered an old house which no one lives in. He entered a room filled with cobwebs.

He bowed down in greetings as he came face to face with his master.

"Were you able to get him?" A female voice asked.

"No master, he was a lot stronger than us and overpowered us easily. He said next time you should send stronger forces to kill him." The ninja replied.

"Hmm and all of you almost 30 Ninjas that are the strongest amongst the rest couldn't kill or defeat one man? This shows how weakling you all are." The lady thundered in anger.

"I am sorry master."

"How did you manage to escape?"

"He let me-"

"You FOOL! He will follow you here!" She shouted and three seconds later the Ninja head rolled off his body. His headless body fell down with a loud thud.

She disappeared immediately.

It wasn't up to one minute when Demon appeared in the same room and saw the dead Ninja.

'Whoever you are, just thank your stars I didn't meet you.'

Demon thought.
