Chapter Thirty six

Sebastian and Vivian were simply shocked at the new findings. They couldn't believe what they were hearing.

"Isabelle played a trick on Jessica," Draven spoke up. "A trick that would have cost Jessica her life." As he said this, his eyes flashed dangerously at the girls.

It was then that it hit Sebastian. He had totally forgotten about that in his excitement and concern about his daughter but now that the Alpha had mentioned it, he needed to ask. He needed to address the elephant in the room.

"But how is Jessica still alive if she went into the Alpha's containment chamber?" Sebastian asked.

Draven exchanged a quick glance with his Beta and a small smile played on his lips as he slipped his hand into Jessica's.

"Jessica is my mate," Draven stated calmly.

Vivian's eyes went wild in shock while Sebastian grew tense at the Alpha's announcement.

Draven waited calmly for them to speak up but both of them were at a loss for words.
