Jerica point of view
It had been close to an hour since I got to the pack house with Trixie and Trevor ran up stairs with her giving me no information at all. Luckily Trevor had filled in Jake who had sworen me to secrecey. I had found out that Trevor and Trixie are mates. Which was exciting and also a little scary because I let our Luna break up with our Alpha. On top of that Trixie kept blowing the whole mates thing off and said it was a thing of fairy tales. I had purposefully been putting her around other mates so she could she is was not. Lots of she wolfs couldn't wait to find their mates. We even had parties and balls annually for the ones who had not found their mates to attend in attempt to find one another.
Trevor is going to hate me for backing Trixie for breaking up with him. Why did he even let her? What were they doing up stairs. "Jake. Can you tell me whats going on?" I asked him annoyed and worried. " Trevor is drying her hair
Trixie point of view I followed Melissa into the trees through the dark. My vision was already enhancing. There wasn't any light out here but it was like I could see clearly. We walked for what felt like an hour or so and ended up next to the river where there was a break in the sky. I started drinking the bottle of water the pack doctor gave me. It had the herbs and leaves in it that the bath I was in earlier had to get rid of the fever. He said drinking this would help keep the fevers away. He only gave me two so I had to make them last until I shifted. But I had already drank half of the first one.I looked up at the sky there was suppose to be a full moon tonight. "When the moon is at its highest it will peak over the river and cast it's light down here. That will help your shift go smoothly in the moon light. " Melissa told me and looked at her watch we have about an hour and a half. I have some snacks and we have time to sit and for you to ask me any questions that you may stil
Jerica's point of view I stood worrying watching my best friend tense and grip at the ground in pain while hearing her bones shift and break for her first transition into her wolf. I could see the sweat running down her bare back facing me and my mother. I looked back and forth between the two. My mother tells her not to fight it, to will it to happen. How so you even do that. Pure mental strength that is how. She could do it. I looked at the moon's light on her skin as it starting turning into patches of fur until it was a coat of her and the sound of bones breaking stopped and her transition was complete. Her wolf stilled on the ground for a moment, then she rose up. She raised her snout to the sky sniffing the night air. Moments passed her head slightly tilted back and forth before my mother spoke. "Are you talking to your wolf, Trixie?", my mother asked. Trixie turned her head to face us and made a growl slash audible attempt at talking. "Your wolf is beautiful Trixie." My mothe
Trixie's point of view.I ran after her. my eyes watching every stick and uneven tread in the ground I leaped with precision that I could not process and could see perfectly even though it was dark with just flickers of the moon light coming through in certain spots of tree branches. The ground felt damp and soft beneath my paws. It felt. . . natural. Like I was suppose to be doing this my whole life. Melissa slowed in front of me and circled around. She shook her head no to me. I assume she meant this was our border and we needed to go back from here. We had been running for a while now. I turned around and began trotted back to the spot we came before.I was able to smell my own scent and the scent of Melissa to track back the path we had came. Melissa stayed at my flank allowing me time to understand and trust my senses and my wolf. Who was amazing. After a few moments I felt confident enough that we began a slight jog back to our picnic area and towards
Trixie's point of view I blinked at the birght blue sky, not a cloud in sight, I heard childern laughing and sat up. I saw I was just outside a villiage with huts and childern playing. They had long black hair in pigtails, there skin was a beautiful broze. They ran in circles tackling each other. My tongue then spoke in a language I did not know but I understood. "Stop chasing your sister. You know she canbeat you up" I looked down and I was also a broze skined woman now and had long black hair also in braids. You will see it through her eyes... my wolf told me. I nodded subconsciously. "Mom she can not beat me up, she would have to be fast enough to catch me. " the son called out to us. "Oh yeah?" called the little girl, "I can catch you if I want just wait," She ran after him with all she had and he ran from her. Eventually she catch him and tackled him to the ground and they laughed amonst themselves. "She is stuborn like her mother." a man called from behind me. I smile and lo
After a moment light lit up a hut, this time I was a young woman, about 20 something years old. With me was a handsome man rubbing my shoulders and kissed me on my forehead. Then walked in the son from the first woman of my bloodline who died. I must be the youngest daughter. "Sister, we should be safe for the nights rest here. But we must keep moving with the morning light." I nodded and rubbed my belly which was huge with a baby. Scenes from her life began to unfold where they lived like no mads. They never stayed in more than one place for more than a couple days. Eventually it came to the night she gave birth. She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. They stayed there in that spot for a week. on the eighth day they moved at sun light and by the eighth night they were tracked down by some rogues. Luckily the brother, husband and father where enough to fend them off but they questioned them. Many packs had put out bounties for them. The gifts of a seer had many great benefits for a
Trixie's Birth Mother point of view I was waking up with a throbbing headache when I opened my eyes and realized that I was in a bed but not my own and in a room I did not realize. That's when I remember the woman and the shot in the neck. I grabbed my neck and sat up quickly holding my belly protectively for my child. I tried to stand up and leave the room only to find that my ankle had been chained the the bottom bed post and tripped and fell on my butt. The door opened and the woman stood there with a tray of food and a smile on her face. "Good morning sleepy head. Nice of you to finally wake up." She told me with a smile. She walked right by me and sat the tray on the table beside the bed and walked back to the door post and leaned against it. I was speechless. She stood there staring at me. " I bet you are wondering who I am and what do I want with you and that precious baby girl in your belly?" she nodded at me. A cold chill ran down my spine and I swallowed and managed to give
Trixie's Birth Mother point of view A week had past since Alice and Allen had kidnapped me for my best interest and I had agreed to stay with them for the safety of myself and my baby girl. In the last week we had not heard from my husband. At this point I did not know when or if I would ever hear his voice or get to see his handsome face again. I rubbed my stomach feeling my baby girl move around in there . . . or if he would ever get to meet our baby girl. The thought brought tears to my eyes and i quickly looked up blinking trying to keep my emotions in check. If I didn't I knew Allen would sense it and change them or take them away. He has been doing that a lot lately. The stress and worry has been getting to me and causing some contractions. Any time contractions start Allen was by my side to remove the emotions and make me rest. Alice feeding me and trying to keep me comfortable. After the first couple days they no longer chained me to the bed and I moved freely now. However,
Trixie's birth mother's point of view A couple hours had went by, My contractions were only minutes apart and the midwife was getting me ready to push. This was so painful. Everything hurt. I kept crying. The only person I wanted I wouldn't ever see again. He would never get to lay eyes on our daughter. My heart was breaking and my body was too. "I can't do this. . ." I cried to the midwife and Alice. "Yes you can." the midwife would say. Alice looked at me, "You are doing it for her." She nodded and wiped my tears and my forehead with a damp cloth. "One more time, one more big push and she is here. You got this. Take a deep breath and . . . Push. . . keep pushing. . ." The midwife coached me through the push and I pushed with everything I had and grinded my teeth and squeezed the bed. I wanted to scream but I couldn't make a sound. Then she was here. It felt like a water balloon had popped and my belly was no longer a watermelon and I heard her cry. "It is a beautiful baby girl. Co
Triies POVThe alliance formed quickly with Alpha Brock and Alpha Sam. I haven't seen any new visions but something seems off with Alpha Brock. I get a feeling about him like he is hiding something. Trevor reassures me we have nothing to worry about now. There haven't been any new rogue attacks since the alliance was formed either which was reassuring. Maybe there is hope after all that I could reunite my family's bloodline into a pack again and create a place to call home for them. A what cost I was still unsure. We have sent scouts to try and find where the hunters were and it seems the packs land they once occupied is now deserted. We had some trackers trying to find where they went next but hadnt had much luck there. We had a dinner party planned to celebrate the alliances for the next full moon at Alpha Sams pack and the the following one would be at Alpha Brocks pack. The traveling seemed to make Trevor neverous but he tried to pretend like it didnt. Beta Eric was more at ease,
Trevor POVMyself, Eric, Jake and Joe all waited downstairs for Alpha Brock, Charles and Alex to finally come down. "Good Morning, I trust you all slept well?" I greeted them. Charles nodded, "Indeed. The bed in my room is impeccably soft. I love it." Charles stretched and laughed to himself. "Perhaps you all would like some breakfast before discussing business?" Eric asked them. "Coffee is fine for me, never been much of a breakfast person myself. But Charles and Alex may disagree with me." He looks to them. "Speak for yourself." Alex grumbles, clearly he was not a morning person. "As far as business goes I believe we have already came to a decision. We agree to the alliance." Alpha Brock puffs out his chest. Eric smiles. "That is excellent news!" I say. "We need to have the blood oaths completed. I can see if Alpha Sam would be able to come tomorrow morning to complete the ritual." I tell Brock. "Tonight would be even better after the pack run?" Jake inquires of me. "You are right.
Trixie POVWe returned from the mall to find Jerica waiting on the front porch for us. I completely forgot she was coming by today to keep me company. I gave her a gentle smile as we got out of the car. She rolled her eyes and then smiled back. Standing up and following up inside. "I am - " "No need. Its all good. I was busy until about 20 minutes ago anyway." Jerica just smiled. I nodded. "You girls ready to whip it up in the kitchen?" Alana teased me. "Oh, you already know mom is ready to challenge you again for the cook off?" Jerica teased her. "I am sure she is." Alana giggled. "I need to know this story." I tell them. They both chuckle. "You will soon enough. Our annual cook soup off off is in the winter. You will likely be a judge this year. Better I not taint you to my side now or Melissa will be ready to fight me." Alana smiles. "Alright, alright. Lets whip something up together." We followed her into the kitchen. We made some homemade lasagna and popcorn and ending up spen
Trixie POVI wake up and can scent Trevor. Its light but its there. He must have came and checked on me after the visiting Alpha went to bed. I sighed and rolled out of the bed. His mother had set up the bathroom next to the room for me for the next couple of days. I grabbed a causal change of clothes and headed to the shower. When I got out the wonderful smell of blueberry waffles hit my nose. Strolling into the kitchen, Mrs. Rogers has already set the table for the three of us to eat breakfast. "It smells wonderful! Thank you," I tell her and take a seat. "She is a morning person and has always made a great breakfast spread." Trevor's dad, Mr.Rogers, smiles over to her bringing over the orange juice. "You know they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day." She grins at him. They are adorable. We ate mostly in silence until the end. "I was thinking Trixie, if you dont mind maybe you can accompany me on a shopping trip into the city today?" Mrs Rogers asked. She peers ov
Trevor's Mothers POV I stood in the hallway listening to Trixie climb back in the window. She was unaware that I had been listening. I can hear her heart rate rise and I can smell the salt of her tears. She has a love of her pack and for my Trevor. Trying to align the two while keeping everyone safe would not be easy. Is Trixie alright? Trevor forces through to mindlink me. Yes dear. She is just a little upset and I think she is missing you. I told him. No need to share the details. She will tell him when she is ready. Although next time we will have to figure out how her Aunt Alice is slipping by border patrol undetected. I am going to come by after this idiot goes to his room for the night. I don't trust him. He huffs through the mindlink. I will leave the back door unlocked so you can slip in quietly; just lock it behind you when you enter and leave. Thanks mom. He cuts off the link. Trixie begins to calm down and her rate rate begins to normalize. I tiptoe to the back door
Trixie's POVIt was late. Completely Dark outside but my wolf was restless and pacing inside me wanting to be with Trevor. I laid on the bed with my eyes closed and headphones on listening to some throwbacks from Hale storm and Fallout Boys when something tapped on my arm. I opened my eyes to find no one. Then something hit my arm. A pebble. I looked around and found my cousin Alice had propped open the window and threw 2 pebbles in trying to get my attention. I threw off my headphones and headed to the window."What are you doing? You can't be here. There are visitors. This is Trevor's parents house." I whisper shouted at her. She shrugged and shhed me, "Come on, we can talk out here." Alice urged me to climb out the window. Luckily I was able to do so without much noise. "Follow me. We need to stay inside the tree line so no one sees us." She whispered. I nodded and followed behind her. We ran through the shadows and froze listening for steps seeing if we had been followed. Once far
Trixie POV When I got back to the pack house I found Trevor passed out in the hammock on the back patio. I grabbed my dress and slipped it on and gently nudged him away. He trudged up the stairs half asleep pulling my hand behind him. Throwing his shirt over his head and dropping his pants on the floor he climbed into bed and patted the mattress beside him. I can see his wolf swirling in his irises. I walk over to the drawer and grab one of his shirt and slip on before climbing into bed with him. He quickly grabs me pulling me into him and curling up to me and passes back out almost instantly. Trevor and his wolf must be exhausted from the trip and being away from us. Too bed more separation is to come. But that is for us to deal with tomorrow. ***The next morning I woke early and brought breakfast to our room. Trevor just waking when I returned with our plates. We had a quite breakfast looking out on the patio and hearing the morning birds song. Once finished I began packing. I h
Trevor's POV I squeezed my hand around Trixie's thigh as she sat in the passenger seat beside me watching me drive off from dinner. I sighed to myself my wolf prancing in my head that we were back with our mate. I honestly felt slightly guilty for what I am going to have to tell her at dinner. None the less her protection is my top priority. The less they knew about her going into the alliance the better. I am glad she missed me so much and we got to have a little fun right away becuase I have a feeling that tonight after I give her the options; there would be no more fun. We pulled up to vallet at the resturant right inside of the city, passing my keys off and helping Trix out of the car. She wore this little olive sundress that I wish I had taken the time for round two, just so I could behind her over the dresser in it. She smiled up at me and climbed out of the car. I love the view of her down in front of me looking up. I have to adjust myself after she steps in front of me. This
Trixie Point of view The day passed slowly as I patiently waited on Trevor to come home. I had went on a run and done some light combat training with Jerica this morning. Ate breakfast and just finished lunch. Took a shower and painted my toenails. It was a rather dull day I spent thinking about Alice and my father until my ears picked up a car coming down the drive and I could sense him near by. Trevor was home. I quickly got jumped out of bed rushing out the door almost shoving Jake down in the process and raced down stairs to the front door. I paused and took a deep breath and then opened the door and stepped out and waiting for him to park and get out of his SUV. Who was I kidding. I was itching to get back in his arms. As soon as he stepped out my feet had a mind of their own running to him and jumping into him wrapping my legs and arms around him. He caught me with perfect timing holding my tightly against him as I peppered his face with kisses. I heard Joseph and Eric chuckle
