Chapter 11.

—Lena's POV—

We were packed up and kids were excited about the road trip, I decided to drive instead of taking a plane, the drive down is about six hours and between me and Zoey it shouldn't be a problem. The truth is that with a flight, we would've gotten there in two hours and then the drive down to the pack would've been about thirty minutes, but I wanted to postponey reunion with Leo for as long as possible.

So the kids were buckled up in the back, Zoey took the passenger seat, I was going to drive for the first three hours and she would finish the journey. Zoey talked on the phone with Zeo, Leo's Beta, so they know to expect us, Zeo said that all my requirements have been met and our house is ready. My lab assistant would be joining us in two days, he still had some things to wrap up.

“Are you ready kids?” I asked them, and I managed to even sound excited.

“Yes!” Liam shouted.

“Let's go!” Luke shouted as he pumped his fists in the air.
