~Avantae RomirezSchool dragged on painfully slow. I wasn't in a good mood mainly because my sister was in different state of mind. I hated seeing her like this because she was just perfect to me. Growing up I knew I had to protect her at all costs since I was the older one. I didn't let anyone bully her for being different which sucks to be honest. I rather be weird or be called a freak than be normal and regular.Being normal is boring. The bell rang and I quickly stood up and left the classroom. On my way out I bumped into someone almost falling flat on my face. Luckily I knew how to balance saving myself from embarrassment."Fuck, can't you watch where you're going?", a female voice said my eyes scanned her over. It was one of the girls from the new group. It was weird that they just showed up here when we're already half-way through the course. I wasn't the one to judge a book by its cover but I had a bad feeling about them."I'm sorry, I didnt see you on my way out", I apologize
~THIRD PERSON FOR BETTER~ EXPERIENCE Clyde dashed through the trees keeping his eyes peeled for the house where the Alpha lived. His mixed grey and black wolf was panting and moving as fast as his four legs could carry him. He wasn't going to let Lina die. He knew there was something about her the first time he saw her. She was special just like her grandmother. There was alot she had yet to learn but things take time and one day all will be revealed. For now, he had to find the Alpha and tell him what was happening. Ofcourse they could easily kill him because he wasn't a member of their pack and that meant he was a trespasser. He had to risk it. For the sake of Lina's grandmother who begged him to watch over her knowing the reasons why. He met Lina's grandmother one day in a store and she invited him over for dinner. He couldn't resist how sweet she was and as much as he didn't want to get too close to anyone, he went nonetheless. Over time he learned about things he never thought
~LinaI tried to move my fingers and to my surprised they actually obeyed me. I turned on my back releasing a long groan in the process. My body wasn't in pain anymore but there was still a slight ache in my head. I lazily opened my eyes and scanned my surroundings. My eyes landed on Mykel who was sitting on the edge of my bed with worry written all over his face.I slowly got up and held my arm out for him. He stood up and hopped right in bed beside me. He then pulled me into his arms and buried his face in the crook of my neck inhaling deeply. I closed my eyes trying to enjoy the moment as I held onto him tighter. I missed how his body felt against mine."Hate to interrupt but I would like to hold my sister too", I heard Avan's voice say as I turned and looked at him.My heart almost burst from my chest when I saw that my room was crowded. Avan was standing beside my bed and so was my parents. My eyes also landed on Clyde who was standing in the corner with his arms crossed.I pulle
I exhaled deeply before laying on my back and looking up at the sky. The clouds seemed peaceful without a trouble in the world. I wish that I was up there with them just floating around carefree. Too bad I had to face the reality of my wishes. After waiting over another full week, Mr. Ambrose finally repaired my arm and that meant I was able to rejoin the academy. Thankfully today was Friday and relaxation day at that. Most of the students were on the lawn either chatting away or reading or doing whatever pleases them. I was in my own space laying on my blanket trying not to let my thoughts consume me.Overthinking was a bitch. It's hard to constantly be worrying about the same thing over and over again. It's like your mind is trapped and there was no escape. You can overthink on anything from the past to the events of the future. For now, I was only dwelling on the future and what was in store for me. Since I found out who exactly I was I had shut myself away from my parents. I love
Have you ever wondered what heaven would look like? Would it be crowded? Would it be as sweet and carefree as we imagined? Would you be able to do anything and everything you wanted? Well, I was going to find out. The light was so bright that I found myself staring right into it. I tried to move my body but it felt very weak. Was I suppose to be feeling anything; wasn't I dead and was being transported to heaven? I mean I was staring right into a bright light. I tried to turn my head away but it felt like my body was glued down. There was a stinging sensation in my neck and that was enough for me to jump up. I blinked a few times before glancing around where I was. I was in a bed and a white blanket was draped over my body. I checked my attire and saw that I was in a white gown. If this wasn't heaven why was everything white?I groaned when I felt another hint of pain in my neck. I reached out to clutch it but my hand was immediately stopped by someone. I looked to my left and saw o
~U N K N O W N~I stared at the wall ahead of me with no emotions on my face. There in the center was a portrait of my late father. He was the one who use to lead us before his death. I never really loved him but his only aim was for all of us to be strict and merciless. It had grown in me and now since his death, nothing has changed. We were the same cold and heartless pride he had trained. We aren't very fond of other species especially humans so our manor was located far east away from them. We kept to ourselves and only cause harm when necessary. We do not mix with vampires, lycans and especially wolves. They make me sick to the bone. They are not worthy to be in my presence.Being the leader of the pride was a hard yet enjoyable task. I called the shots and if anyone dares to disobey me they won't live to regret it. I had power and dominance and it was the best feeling ever. But it is not enough. There could never be too much power. I needed more. That's why I came up with a pla
~LinaToday was Sunday and that meant I had to go back home for school tomorrow. I really didn't want to face my parents or leave here for that matter. The past few days I've been here has been wonderful. My routine was the same: wake up, take a shower and wear Mykel's clothes which he exclaimed to be very seductive on me, go downstairs and have breakfast then go through the rest of the day. The first time I went downstairs and into the kitchen I didn't expect it to be so crowded. I remembered how I stood there awkwardly just wanting to disappear. That was until everyone started introducing themselves to me and then I got comfortable. I've begged them to just call me Lina but they see it as a sign of disrespect so am stuck with Luna. I also helped out with the pups who were just the cutest things ever. Some of them were too young to shift to their human form but they were still adorable. The ladies who took care of the cubs were known as omegas which they exclaimed to be the lowest
I was in a content mood today. My body felt relaxed and my mind as well. I haven't been able to overthink anything since that time at Mykel's house. My mind was just fixated on that and how I was so flushed being so close him, naked. It was one of those moments that excited my body to the point that my legs wanted to give out. And I knew there was alot more in store for me.After Mykel drove me home I wanted to go straight to my room but I was stopped my by parents. I couldn't possible ignore them forever so I sat and listened as they explained everything to me. They apologized for hiding so much from me and I actually forgave them. It made no sense to hold a grudge when I already knew everything. I sighed as I closed the third book I've looked through and still didn't find anything relevant. I was in the school library researching about witches. I wanted to know everything from how spells work to different types of powers. I could heal which was my ability due to the witch blood in
