Chapter 31: Betrayal

Alpha Zavier felt a twinge of guilt and shame as he watched his former packmates leave. He knew that he had betrayed their trust and put them in danger, all for the sake of his own power and ambition.

But he also knew that it was too late to turn back now. He had made his choice, and he had to live with the consequences.

As he stood there, lost in thought, a sudden movement caught his eye. He turned around to see a lone figure approaching him from the forest.

It was a wolf, smaller than most, with a sleek black coat and piercing green eyes. Alpha Zavier recognized him immediately as a beta from Silver's pack.

"What do you want?" Alpha Zavier growled, his eyes narrowing as the beta approached him.
