Chapter Seventy-five

Rose POV

I had been worried about Catherine for a few days. I noticed that Catherine hadn't shown up to the office lately and I hadn't heard from her. I knew that something was wrong, and knew it had to do with Philip's disappearance, so I wanted to make sure that my boss was okay.

Mason on the other hand was botmyed. If this was something he would ever wish for, then it would be Catherine sinking more into depression every day so he would never have to see my face again.

One evening, after work, I decided to pay Catherine a visit to my home to find out if everything was OK.

I was dressed in a casual yet stylish outfit. I wore a flowy white sundress that fell just above my knees. The dress was made of a lightweight, flowy fabric that billowed in the breeze. It had delicate spaghetti straps that held the dress up and a deep V-neckline that accentuated my cleCatherinege. The dress was paired with a pair of light brown strappy sandals that showed off my pedicured toes.
