I woke up around 6 and picked myself off the floor. I made sure the herbs were not still burned and laid down on the bed exhausted. I woke again around noon. Not too terrible after my first intentional dream walks.

I showered and dressed and joined everyone for lunch and let them know that I had made contact with Logan and Corsica. I told them what I had set them to do and that I would reach out to a few more tonight. I asked the guys how the training worked this morning with their groups. I told them I would join them after lunch to speak to each group to give them more information and encouragement. I wanted them to have a clear understanding of what we were doing and I wanted them pushed to the max. Those who would be potentially joining us would most likely not have the kind of training we were going to ensure that our team had and they would be looking at our team for direction and guidance. They would need to be prepared for that.
