That run was exactly what I needed. When we returned back we changed quickly and made our way to the dining room for breakfast. Luckily we were just in time. Cara ran over and gave me a big hug before we all sat down to eat. I ate double what I had been knowing that my body needed the extra nutrients to build myself back up.
