Quin's POVApproximately thirty minutes after Arthur's departure, my mom comes back with Echo and a guy I didn't know. I later learned that his name was Akela, and he is the pack's Omega.I also got to learn that Akela was more open, playful and fun to be around compared to someone I have recently came to know off. When my mom came back, the house was already clean, and I was trying to find my way around the kitchen. Arthur's POV After my conversation with Alpha Winter, I immediately traveled back to interrogate the kid. It's rather confusing that the hybrid just disappears into thin air. Quinn's POV He shut me out. Before I could even explain, he just stopped me from talking as a whole. I mean, I know that this conversation was not going to be particularly fun and games for him, and I know talking about Accalia probably still breaks his heart, but I had to.I would never hurt Arthur knowing fully well how much a death of a loved one cost. Especially one you were not ready for. I understand that, really I do, and his outburst, maybe I understand that too, but at the same time, I'm annoyed that he yelled at me in the first place. It's not like I wanted to annoy him and he knows that, but Echo is important. If anything, Echo is like the only remaining part of Luna Accalia, and that alone should deem him more important than just being the kid of an Alpha. He is a product of a loving couple that at one time, promising each other a forever. Surely that should mean something.
