Raphael Stars...

I looked down at Zinnia, who was soundly sleeping with her head leaned on my chest. The peace radiating off of her did great to calm my conflicted mind.

I gently played with a few strands of her hair, twirling the red curls around. She's been wearing it in different styles thanks to Beatrice. Our head of Omega has made it her mission to take care of Zinnia.

I let out a sigh and kissed the top of her head. She doesn't even move a muscle, too deep in a comfortable sleep.

Holding her right now, I felt like I was the most selfish person on the face of the earth.

This morning, I'd woken up with a new sense of power. The times I've been spending with my little green flower were slowly healing me.

I was making great progress.

Knowing that it was the full moon gave me even more strength. Instead of going to the gym for my morning workout, I went out to the field to see my people train.

I didn't join the training. I kept my distance but I was still there.
