The four of us walked back to my study and once again took our places.

Havoc sat across from me as I sat down behind my desk. Silver and Maxwell sat by the couch in front of the shelf with their arms cross over their chest. My father remained by the window, looking out in to the woods but keeping his attention focused in to the study.

I could tell that they were all confused as to why I was willing to sit down with Havoc after he'd blind sided me.

I regarded Havoc for a few seconds in silence. He looked absolutely exhausted. From the way his shoulders cave in and the dark bags under his eyes, he looked like he could barely carry himself.
