"I'm sorry." Harry says in a soft voice, and I stumble back at the suddenness.

He stands up from the bed to level with me—more like tower over me, but you get the point.

"What did you say?" I asked to confirm if I heard the correct thing.

"I said I'm sorry. I know that I did a lot of wrongs towards you. A whole lot, and I, I... regret them." He struggles to speak, and I start shaking my head, not believing the words that I'm hearing.

He's apologising to me?

That doesn't sound right. Perhaps I've fallen into an alternative universe because this moment cannot be real, and Harry cannot be the one standing in front of me and apologising for what he's done.
