Shortly after getting her senses together, Lana left with Levi to find Kamala, who was tending to Katida. Viktor was done getting instructions from Tyler, he then went to inform Elijah of their absence.

They got ready and drove out in a van. Every one of them was armed, but Tyler refused to let Lana have any ammunition. In his defense, she had either Levi or Viktor to closely protect her and if they weren't enough, Kamala was there too.

Their ride was entertaining because Kamala kept chirping about everything. She was trying to kill the awkwardness of having both her exes at the same place on the same mission. Levi tried to avoid talking to her, but also made it clear that things were okay between him and Viktor. Viktor drove the van, occasionally blasting hip-hop on the radio. Lana herself was coordinating her racing heart since it was her first time outside after what happened to her.

Around eight at night, when darkness had taken over the night sky, they pulled up to the Wordsworth

Levi and Viktor were still getting a hang of her insensible sentence and movement when they heard a chilling scream. The scream was so distinctive and piercing that it made them run after Lana.Lana couldn't tell them what she saw since she wasn't sure how it happened or what it was except Kamala's face that she had seen. She turned around from the now locked doors, and as she did so, she heard it again. It was coming from behind the house. The gate was open, so they walked toward it. The voice was losing strength and it sounded confusing. It was certainly Kamala's, but it sounded different, but then they heard it for a third time. This time, it was louder and more uneasy. As they neared the back gate, Lana saw movement in a window. Kamala was desperately opening a window. Lana picked up her pace, running now. She wrenched up the window, looked over her shoulder, and then jumped from the upstairs window.Fuck! She dropped behind some hedges, where Viktor and Levi heard her scream and

Levi put his hand on Ovia's chest, slightly shoving him back. When a distance was created, he stepped between Lana and the fuming, proud punk. Levi felt his heart rate increase. Blood throbbed in his temples as his inner beast unfurled its fangs in wait. His hands opened and closed. They itched to make a fist. They itched to connect with Ovia's face.“That was a big mistake, guard. To put your hands on my expensive clothing.” And then he growled, “Coming between what I want and me is another one. Nevertheless," he gently smacked Levi across the chest, “You are insignificant. Move aside, let me take the curvy butch.”Lana was regaining her breathing, even though it was shaky. She breathed hatred and turmoil, wanting a taste of the boy's blood on her lips, smeared across her palm. He wanted to take her as the others did. He wanted to invade her body when she didn't even like his stupid hairstyle. He wanted something which has been taken away from her twice.“Look, Alpha's soon,” Levi sa

Lana gave him no chance to regain his strength. With the heel of her boots, she kicked him in the chest and the middle of his neck. Grabbing his elbow, she tried to twist and break it, but Sebastian has gotten himself. Having enough of the beating, he smacked her across the face and grabbed her by the waist, flinging her toward one of the cars. She landed on the windshield with force, shattering it.Ovia wasn’t prepared for Levi to turn. So, Ovia's eyes widened in anticipation as he saw Levi spin around. He grabbed Ovia's right hand and pulled him forward using his own momentum. Ovia stumbled forward and hit the side of an oversized SUV parked on the street near them. He bounced off the door and fell straight to his ass. The guys who stood by charged forward, jumping in to defend their future Alpha. With each punch and grunt, Levi anticipated. Lana stood to her feet and charged to help Levi. Her back against his, she snapped off the guy's by the throat and snapped his head. Having en

Viktor and Levi were out of bullets, and they prepared to defend against the attack Sebastian was throwing their way. Kamala was still fuzzy, sitting on the grassAlready, Lana had some serious damage. She felt that her vertebrae had either chipped, or her skull was broken. It could even be both.As he wheeled back to take another swing, and as she was about to dive under the nearby car, they both heard a commotion coming from down the street. He stopped in mid-swing, and she stopped in mid-dive and promptly coughed up some blood. And while she coughed, a van appeared around the corner, screeching on two tires. Tyler with two other pack members, all in black trench coats, hung out of the open van doors, whooping and hollering at the top of their lungs. She had just propped herself up on a knee when the van drove over Sebastian, hitting him with force. He bounced and skidded to a halt, tearing up the lawn next to her.All the doors to the van seemingly opened at once, and Tyler and the

“What will I do?” Tyler repeated, losing his hold on Lana.Ovia stepped back a little and gripped his rod. “Ovia, you have been a bad boy for a long. It is time to tell you that becoming an Alpha takes more than drugs and women.” Tyler turned to Lana and Kamala, “get in the car and shut the don't Kamala and Lana. Viktor and Levi, kill anybody who tries to come between me and Ovia including that punk Sebastian,” he instructed with a growl as if the Sebastian in question wasn't there.Lana smirked a bit, holding Kamala by the shoulder. Together, they staggered their way to find the van. She was tired of Tyler being a puppy. Taking the bull by the horn was necessary. Something wasn't right with her in all that. She was feeling like an animal in heat, looking for her mate to lie with. Somehow, in the middle of the walk, they decided to stop and watch. They were inches away from the van and felt guilty that they were running away instead of staying to fight.Ovia, seeing this, took a step

The commotion must have played off foul play because the sounds of approaching sirens were heard. Not wanting to be involved in Ovia's mess, He glanced over his shoulder to the others. “Let’s get the hell out of here. This mess is on Wordsworth to clean after burying their son.” Viktor with Levi went over to join the girls. The greasy-haired twins went back to the van they came in. Tyler briefly went to check on Kamala and Lana, who was fluttering their lashes so hard to stay awake. “You girls okay?”“Not really. I have tried self-healing, but something is sucking my strength,” Kamala complained.“And, I…feel dizzy,” Lana whispered through long pauses.“Levi, drive. Victor watch Kamala. Lana, come with me.”She opened her door and stepped, almost falling. Tyler slammed shut the door. Seeing her unstable state, he carried her at once to his van, sitting next to her. One of the greasy hairs started the can and threw it into reverse. Dirt, grass, and mud kicked up, and soon the tires sc

Completely turning with a passed-out Lana, Tyler gave the frightened guard a calm smile. He was too ripped up to be having that kind of conversation, but being civil was proper. That was what put him above the other Alphas, he avoided mistakes. Especially one that had to do with humans. At least that was before Lana. Recently, he has been a hoarding mistake.“You don't need to reach for your gun. It is just my wife who got into a fight after having so much to drink. I went to pick her up, but it is late to go back to the kids looking like this,” he explained. When the guard saw his warm smile and how beautiful the giant of a man was, he withdrew his hand. Tyler's explanation was satisfactory enough. “Can I check? We frequently see this.”“Sure. Feel free.”With caution, he took steady steps to her face, looking intensely. Lana mumbled indiscernible words, smiling and giggling at thin air before sleeping off again. The guard shook his head, smiling. “She is a lucky woman to have you.”

Smirking at Lana's reaction, he reached for the shampoo and conditioner on a tray glued to the wall. Most of the toiletries had a masculine scent, but having them was better than nothing. He squirted a handful into his palm and rubbed it over Lana's hair, massaging her scalp.“Relax, Lana. I have seen more naked women over the years. I won't bite unless you beg me one more time to.”His touch was tender and relaxing and she began to follow the pattern of his movement to get satisfaction. Tyler glided her head under the bathtub's faucet. He put on the cold water and ran it over her hair. He washed, massaged, and occasionally rubbed her neck until the foam thoroughly washed off. He did the same with the conditioner. Her hair was very much pleased, glistening under the light like the strike of thunder.Tyler took the body wash and squirted it onto the loofah. This was where his heart began to race. He looked at her attractive skin, her firm perky breast dangling with her pinkish nipples

The soft rays of the morning sun painted the room in a warm golden hue as Lana cradled her newborn daughter, Kaylida, in her arms. She was a replica of her father, Tyler but had gotten her mother's hair. She was the best gift to the United pack, loved by all.The little one cooed gently, her tiny fingers grasping at the air. Tyler stood beside Lana, his eyes filled with awe and love for the precious gift they had been blessed with.Nine months had passed since Kaylida's arrival, and the family decided to celebrate by going on a picnic. They invited Kamala, to join them. The tranquility of the pack's garden provided the perfect setting for a relaxing day under the azure sky.As they set up their picnic spot, Lana saw the memorial stand nearby. It bore the names of fallen loved ones: Elijah, Kaylee, Katida, and many others. A wave of bittersweet memories washed over her, and she felt compelled to honor their memory.Lana turned to Tyler, her voice filled with emotion. "I'm glad we decid

Several months later...Months have passed with Tyler and his community doing nothing but rebuilding. He had Kamala brought over to join them. The land has brought together several packs focused on making the King's pack unmatchable.Lana agreed to have everything attributed to her past buried as it was a long time. A few times, she heard from Jack and Alpha Raven.Amid the reimagined Pure Crescent pack, a vibrant tapestry of unity and diversity unfolded. The once desolate lands had transformed into a breathtaking haven of life and serenity. As Tyler and Lana strolled together, their footsteps accompanied by the gentle rustling of leaves and the sweet scent of blooming flowers, their eyes beheld the beauty that surrounded them.Fields of wildflowers stretched as far as the eye could see, their colors blending harmoniously, painting the landscape with hues of crimson, gold, and azure. The air was alive with the melodic chorus of birdsong, and the delicate whispers of the wind through t

Afterward, he clasped her against him so tightly, it was to the point of pain. She needed it and wanted him to squeeze her even harder. They had no idea how long they remained like that, hearts thundering together, his hips softly rocking. Hours might have passed. When the now aggressive air began to flog their skin through the open window. "Is there a bathroom here?" Tyler questioned.Lana nodded pointing to the closed door on the left.Tyler didn't pull out. He carried her, with him buried deep in her straight to the bathroom. It was a simple one with a shower head, bathtub, and toilet area which was demarcated by a transparent glass. There was a cabinet with toiletries and towels and a bug full-length mirror.Tyler carried Lana under the showerhead, switching in the water with a free hand. The water from the showerhead began sputtering. Nonchalantly, he gave both of them a rinse without pulling away.Lana giggled, her breathing hoarse. "You do know that we need a proper bath after

Like an addict yearning for her drugs, Lana shuddered as Tyler teased.Once she managed to reach the heavy weight of his cock, he rasped, “Use it.”She rocked her hips up as she pulled his shaft to her. When the head made contact with her pussy, he bit out a curse, his length jerking in her hand. Panting, she ran the crown up and down between her swollen, flaring lips.“So slick,” he growled. “So ready for me.”As she petted her clit with the bulbous tip, his towering body shuddered with need. “Enough teasing. Wanted this too long.”He covered her hand with his own, fitting the crown against her entrance, pressing forward just a fraction. As soon as she knew without any doubt that she was about to have the best moment of her life that has been denied for months, she relaxed. He pulled their hands away, then began easing deeper, wedging the broad head inside. Her gasp was cut off by his lips, hungry and insistent as he sank his cock farther. Each inch forced her to stretch more and mo

The whole place was still in a frenzy as the dead and injured were being carried out. As Lana swayed her hips ahead of Tyler trying to help in whatever way she could, Tyler pulled her aside.Cupping her face with both of his hands, he brushed his thumbs over her cheekbones. “I need you," he whispered against her ears, and his breathing quickened."I need you too," Lana replied. "However, the pack needs us more. We need to put things in place. We have to decide where everyone would settle before we can have our moment," Lana reminded him as she ran her slender fingers through his now lengthy hair. The last thing as having a haircut and trimming his beard has been at the far corner of Tyler's head due to the whole commotion. He burrowed his stare into Lana's eyes, smiling proudly at her. He couldn't believe that he had almost given up such a wonderful soul due to anger. He was beyond glad that they found their way back to each other. With a calm face, he wrapped his hand around Lana's w

As the smoke cleared and the victorious warriors gathered, Lana and Tyler stood on the grand balcony overlooking the battlefield, the weight of their recent triumph heavy on their shoulders. Annik knelt by their side, his eyes reflecting a mix of embarrassment and anger. The gathered wolves, both from the Pure Crescent pack and other clans that had come to their aid, watched with bated breath, their attention fixed on the trio who had emerged triumphant. The wounds of the battle were evident on their bodies, but their spirits burned with newfound hope. With a commanding voice that resonated across the assembled wolves, Tyler spoke, his words carrying the weight of authority and compassion. "Today, we have emerged victorious, not just as separate packs, but as one united force. We have proven that when we stand together, there is no darkness we cannot overcome." A chorus of howls echoed in response, a symbol of unity and agreement from the wolves who had fought valiantly side by side

Lana kept striking blows until Annik shoved her hand on the chest, causing her to swerve back. Her gaze locked with Alpha Annik's hauntingly possessed eyes. She clutched her knuckles so right that they turned white. "You ruined the lives of the innocent, and changed fates, so you could have power. Until your head has been fed to the crocodiles, I will not rest!" she promised.Alpha Annik's possessed voice resonated with a sinister undertone, distorted and chilling. "Foolish girl! You cannot comprehend the power that flows through me. Prepare to face your demise!" With a swift motion, Annik unleashed a wave of dark energy, causing the ground to tremble beneath their feet.Tyler, his eyes burning with determination, stepped in front of Lana, shielding her from the brunt of the attack. He evaded Annik's frenzied attacks, his keen instincts guiding him through the chaos. Each clash of their fangs and clash of their claws echoed with the weight of their shared history, their former brotherhood.Amidst the battle, Tyler's voice rang out, laced with sorrow and urgency.
