CHAPTER 128: THE SEA IS NOT HER FRIEND.

Lana sat alone in the boat, feeling the cold sea air whip through her hair. She pulled her sweater tighter around herself, trying to warm her chilled skin. Tears streamed down her face as she thought about the events of the past few days. She couldn't believe that everything had gone so wrong.

She reached for the bag of snacks she had packed and opened it, but found that she didn't have much of an appetite. She took a small bite of a granola bar and set it down on the seat beside her. She couldn't help but feel lonely and lost, adrift in the sea.

As she sat there, she thought about all the things she had done wrong. She had betrayed Tyler's trust, and now she had abandoned her friends on the Island. She couldn't shake the feeling that she had made a terrible mistake.
