Chapter 519 - Torture

Harriet told Aslan to return to the Castle’s garden to tell Damian and Niamh that she would come back soon. After that, she asked the researchers and the Lycan guards to leave her alone there.

Cecilia’s scream slowly subsided. Her eyes were bloodshot toward Harriet’s soft glance. There was still anger in that eyes, something that Harriet enjoyed.

“It’s good that you can still recognize me... hating me... cursing me inside your mind,” Harriet slowly smiled.

She leaned forward to the glass, raising her face to Cecilia, who was tied to the gurney. “It’s good that you are still alive, and your mind is still clear even after you receive pain and suffering every day.”

Harriet didn’t want Cecilia’s mind to be dull because of the pain she inflicted on her. So she always cautioned the researcher who pulled apart her body to do it slowly, carefully, until she got used to it.
