Chapter 86

Avery's pov

I stood in front of the mirror with Isabella beside me. I turned left and right to check myself out, I looked different but the same. I was dressed in a beautiful black kimono with red patterns and my hair was styled in a Japanese bun.

Under my kimono, I wore a black singlet and black ripped jeans with a pair of black heeled boots. I had a meeting to attend and I wanted to put in a dress that granted me as much freedom as possible when fighting.

It had been a week after my coronation ball and after I announced about the quest, the rest of the ball had ended not long after. After a lot of pressuring from those old foggies, my father finally gave in and decided to postpone my coronation until after I've gotten an alpha.

Today, I was going to tell them all about the quest I had in mind. I was angry at those old fools but I kept it in. My father has told me that it was assured that I would be his heir and I don't have to rush but it wasn't that I was in a rush to be his heir,
