Chapter Sixty Seven

Peter broke the hug and Denis glared at him.

“We’re here to train, not appease to people with bruised egos.” Denis said grabbing Kelsey's by the arm. Peter ignored his rude remark and turned to face Kelsey.

“Good luck girl.” He said and patted her shoulders not moving from where he stood.

“Thanks, I’m gonna need it.” Kelsey replied eyeing Denis. She shot Peter a pleading look, apologizing for Denis' behavior, Peter got the message and gave her an ‘it’s okay, I understand' look. It’s fascinating how people communicate just by looking at each other. Maybe one day, she’ll look at Denis and he’ll know what she’s talking about without having to ask.

Denis dragged Kelsey away from Peter roughly, unintentionally hurting her wrist with his strong grip.

“let me go.” Kelsey winced and Denis immediately let go of her arms.

“You didn’t seem to have a problem when he was holding you.” Denis said quickly in defense and folded his arms like a child. He could just say sorry but nothing is ever simple
