Chapter 3

After Theresia left, Ace didn't stay still. Of course, he didn't want to lose his mate, so Ace also got up from his seat. He darted to grab an umbrella that was in front of the cafe, no matter who it belonged to. Then followed Theresia, walking behind Theresia with her hands in her pants pockets.

"Hey, wait! I don't even know your name yet," said Ace walking to match Theresia's steps. Using that umbrella to protect Theresia from the rain.

Theresia who was originally walking leisurely enjoying the pouring rain was suddenly surprised when Ace was suddenly beside her. Not only that, Theresia didn't understand why Ace had to protect her from the rain.

"You? Why are you following me?" asked Theresia pausing in her steps. Her face was annoyed because she didn't like it if Ace followed him.

"I can't let my mate get rained on, you'll get sick later," he answered still with his trademark flat face. 

Theresia rolled her eyes in disgust, she was annoyed with Ace's behavior as if he was her lover. "Enough, please don't follow me. I'm not your mate!" She said emphatically.

Ace remained relaxed standing in front of Theresia, annoying, isn't it? 

"No, you are my mate. The Moon Goddess has arranged it, you can't refuse," Ace said ending with a sweet smile.

"What's the proof!"

Instead of answering, Ace came closer towards Theresa. He sniffed Theresia's scent which became addicting, I don't know if Ace thought it was a sweet smell that made him drunk.

"I can recognize the sign in you, you won't understand because you are not a Werewolf," replied Ace.

Theresia was very annoyed, she groaned in emotion when Ace said that. "It's up to you, I don't care!" After saying that, Theresia immediately left by stamping her feet in annoyance.

So far no one has dared to refuse or deny Ace's words, but it seems that this doesn't apply to Theresia. Ace wasn't angry this time, he just smiled at him. Theresia's face looks very cute when she's angry.

"Finally I found my mate," Ace muttered, still sitting where he was, looking at Theresia who had left him. 

"I'll come back to see you, honey. It's easy enough to know your house," continued Ace. He could easily track down Theresia's whereabouts because Ace had already smelled the woman's scent. The wolf's sense of smell is very sharp, so it will be easy for him.

After saying that, Ace chose to turn around and return to his base. There is an important matter regarding the pack, if it's finished, surely Ace will return to see Theresia.

Ace sped as fast as lightning to his headquarters. There's a mess in the pack because of the werewolf Rogue. After arriving at his headquarters, Ace immediately met Gerry-Beta in his pack. 

Ace is sitting in a special chair for himself in the base, followed by Gerry who is standing in front of him.

"Gerry, I want you to take care of the Werewolf Rogue who is trying to destroy our pack. Look for him until you can, for the last few days all I leave the task to you," Ace ordered.

"Okay, but why are you leaving all your responsibilities to me?"

"Because there are responsibilities that are more important than that," Ace replied with a smile that was hard on his face. mean. What's that? Only Ace knows.

Elsewhere, Theresia has just arrived at her apartment. With her body wet from the rain, her body also shivered from the cold.

"Huh, thank goodness that guy didn't follow me... Hachim.." Theresia rubbed her hands together, channeling warmth into her body. Several times she sneezed because of the cold. 

"I think I'm going to catch a cold," she continued, taking a deep breath, throwing her bag in any direction. Then sat on the long sofa in the living room, calming down for a moment.

"It's very quiet," she muttered, looking around the room. It looks lonely because Teresa lives alone. The image of childhood with her father and mother flashed back in her mind. 

"Arghh... I'd better take a shower, huh." After saying that, Theresia got up from her seat, walked towards the bathroom.

A few minutes later, Theresia came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her hair. Theresia took her cell phone, then sat on the bed playing with her cellphone. 

"Hoaam... Why am I so sleepy, but I'm hungry," said Theresia with a big yawn. It was already 07.00 pm, It was unusual for Theresia to be sleepy at this hour. Maybe it's because she came home earlier than usual, and also because the weather was cold because of the rain.

Theresia lay down on the bed, hugging her favorite bolster. "I'll just sleep first after I wake up I will eat," she said closing her eyes, after a while, Theresia fell asleep. 

A few minutes passed, now the clock shows 00.00. In the middle of the night and the silence of the night, everyone went to bed. Theresia woke up from her sleep. Theresia woke up not without reason, she felt someone calling her.

"Hey, wake up. Aren't you hungry?" 

A deep voice sounded in Theresia's ears, At first, Theresia thought it was just a dream. However, after her sense of smell also smelled something foreign, Theresia suddenly opened her eyes.

"Aaaaaa... kidnapper, help!"
