Tegan walked into the bedroom dressed in red lingerie. She knew why she had been summoned, so she proceeded to do what she had been doing for the past five years. She quietly stepped down from the bed, got dressed and lifelessly walked out of the bedroom.

She walked over to her bedroom which was in the same wing as Reign’s bedroom, The West Wing. When she got in, she slammed the door behind her hard and leaned against it with her eyes closed. “Miss Tegan!” A servant called from the door and rushed into the room to meet Tegan. “Please, you have to calm down.” She tried to beg Tegan. Her name was Lucy and she was Tegan’s personal maid.

Tegan shook her head frantically, her hair spreading all over face. She was walking helter-skelter around the room like a mentally deranged person and sweating profusely.

“I can’t calm down!” She scolded the maid who mustered up courage and went closer to her.

“Tell me what happened.” She urged as calmly as she could and held Tegan’s face in her arms. Tegan tried to fight back, but agony incapacitated her. She finally gave up and stayed still and burst into tears.

“He found his mate.” She cried. “He found his mate and now he’s going to marry her and dump me.” The servant, who was lost for words, simply hugged her and gently rubbed her back until she was calm again. “I’m not going to let her win.” She declared bitterly and backed away from the servant. She wiped her tears away and tried to comb her disheveled hair with her fingers. “I’m not a cry baby. I won’t let Reign turn me into weakling. I'm going to fight back. I won’t let her take what’s mine.” She firmly deciphered and her personal maid nodded.

“You shouldn’t!”

Tegan stopped walking and a mischievous grin spread on her lips.

“She wants my man? She’s not going to get him on my watch. I’ll make her life so miserable, she’ll beg for death! It’s game on!”
