Aurora’s POV

I couldn't exactly explain what was going on, but I knew Alexis had suddenly begun to include me in his plans, maybe it was because he was trying to make up for his outburst or maybe it was another reason but whatever it was, I accepted it wholeheartedly.

Only because I didn't want to be alone anymore, I couldn't shake away the feeling of doom and darkness that was lurking around and looking for who to devour and I couldn't tell him about it either.
