MATILDA'S POV

I stood in the center of the cave with the piece of paper in my hand, wondering how Alpha Moses found out about my plans with Kelvin. Most importantly, I was worried about my friend, what alpha Moses could be doing to him at the moment?

I immediately dropped the paper on the ground and started running straight to Alpha Moses's chamber, just like he had said in the note he dropped. While running to his room, I hoped fervently as I ran that he was not punishing him.

I ran as fast as I could, making sure not to stop on the way until I got to Alpha Moses's chamber.

When I got to Alpha Moses's chamber, some guards tried to prevent me from going inside by blocking the way but I would not have any of it, my face immediately changed, and my eyes turned red in anger, in desperation to save my friend, I threatened to burn their faces if they don't let me pass.

They immediately apologized and stepped out of the way.
