Chapter Fifty Six

Ashlynn and Caitlyn were twin sisters from birth, Caitlyn coming out before Ashlynn which made her the oldest and because of that Ashlynn has always been jealous of her, mostly because they made her look so important to her. She had bolted it all in her, not saying anything and not even making it obvious until they grew up.

They both had the same powers, both signed up for the priestess thing but only Caitlyn entered and in a span of three months, she had become everybody’s favorite. When the late chief priestess died, she told them all that she wanted Caitlyn to be her successor, nobody else than Caitlyn. This infuriated some other members but they had no say in it.

Ashlynn had greeted her like it was a normal thing but deep down in her then, she was angry and boiling. in no time, she let it go and kept the malice all to herself.
