4: SWEETNESS

Rumors of having a human staying at the Rasleton Forest spread like wildfire to each werewolf pack. Especially when Arther confesses that Letitia is his mate which made them confused about why the moon goddess gave the strongest Alpha in the Rasleton Forest a human mate.

This is ridiculous to believe that there's such a thing but after they heard that it was true, they can't help but accept as they were also afraid of the ferocious beast, Alpha Arther. That's what they nicknamed him.

The rumor reached the Palace, King Alpha Daelous heard about it but he doesn't care as long as Alpha Arther will stay loyal to him. Alpha Arther is the King Alpha's Sword, he pledges his loyalty towards the King to become his sword after helping Arther in death when they were both children.

King Alpha Daelous was having breakfast with her Queen Luna Tina, and both of them were silently eating. The dining area is silent and no one was trying to make a noise or to make a move to speak. Moments after, King Alpha Daelous stood up after he finishes his food and was trying to go out when Queen Luna Tina stops him.

"My King, don't you want to talk with me even for a minute?" she asks and stood as well.

"I'm busy, you can make a schedule for that. I'm now taking my leave," he responded but the Queen still stops him. The Queen hold his hand tightly and tears started dripping from her eyes.

"We've been married for years already and yet you don't even make time for me. Do you really love me? We didn't even make a child, Your Majesty," the Queen said but King Alpha Daelous removes his hand violently from the Queen and glared at her which made her step backward in fear.

"Your one minute is up, don't ever hold my hand without permission," he said in a threatening tone and leave the Queen alone. Queen Luna Tina plunked down and holds her chest because of the pain she has felt. She already knew that King Alpha Daelous don't even love her as King Alpha only used her to ascend the throne. Their marriage is fake as well.

Letitia slowly moves her fingers and opens her eyes. She get up from lying on the bed and found herself in a large and beautiful room that has plenty of plants and flowers decorated. She holds her neck softly and bit her lower lip. 'I thought I would die at that moment, I wonder who saves me?' she thought to herself.

The door slowly opened which made her head turn to look. She saw Arther surprised to see her awake, he dash towards her and hug her immediately which made Letitia surprised as well. "I thought I'd lose you," Arther softly said and kissed her forehead which made Letitia's cheeks blush.

"Are you feeling well? Do you have something want to eat? I can give it to you immediately, just tell me," Arther said and caressed Letitia's cheeks which made her cheeks even become red. She pushes Arther's hand and looks away.

"I-I am f-fine, t-thank y-you," she stammered while still, her cheeks were red.

'What's up with this big guy? his body is big yet the way he touches my skin is so soft. Why do I see him as a fictional character in the books I read? Just like that tanned knight, I read before, a big guy yet so extremely handsome! He looks like him!' she thought to herself closing her eyes.

"Letitia?" Arther called for her name and looks at her worriedly. She opened her eyes and looks at Arther's eyes with her eyes widen.

"W-well, I am hungry can I eat then?" Arther's lip widen as he heard her voice. He nodded his head and take a step but suddenly halted to look at Letitia which made her confused. She get up from the bed and started walking but suddenly she was out of balance. Luckily, Arther was able to catch her before she could fall to the ground. "Thank you," Letitia's cheeks blush once more.

She was about to stand properly when Arther suddenly carry her with his one hand which made her surprise. "W-wait! I can walk, you don't have to carry me like this, I am not a baby!" Letitia exclaimed and looks at Arther who was smiling widely looking at her.

"What a tiny creature you are, huh?" Arther just said while Letitia just gave him a what look. "Behave or you'll fall to the ground again," he added. She just let out a heavy sigh and hold Arther's muscle when he suddenly walks.

When they arrived at the kitchen, Arther gently placed Letitia on the floor. She was astounded to see so much food on the table. "Too many," Letitia said quietly to herself.

"What? You don't like the food?" Arther asked, his gaze fixed on her. Letitia's body hair grew back after seeing him look at her; she assumed Arther was upset with her.

She just waves her hands and speaks. "No! I was just amazed that there is much food on the table," Letitia exclaimed and slowly bowed her head and smiled bitterly. "It's kinda, new to me, sorry," she added.

Arther simply stared at Letitia, noting how quickly her expressions changed. She simply took her hands in hers and helped her sit in the chair. "You can now eat as much as you want; these foods are all yours," Arther said, smiling again. Letitia also smiled and ate, but she asked Arther first, and they ate together.

After several hours, Queen Luna Tina visited Arther's territory. She stepped down to the ground, dressed in a golden gown embroidered with a soft cloth and embellished with various jewels. She is dressed in golden sandals and accessories that match her dress. Her long black wavy hair was waving in the wind. Queen Luna Tina is the most beautiful werrewolf being in the whole Rasleton Forest, and no one has ever compared her to her beauty.

Scott immediately showed up in front of her when he smells Quen Luna Tina's scent and bowed his head. "Greetings to Her Majesty the Queen Luna, what made you come here, Your Majesty?" he asks.

Queen Luna Tina just stared at Scott coldly, her aura was making him drag him down to the ground. "Where's Alpha Arther?" she stops for a moment and speaks again. "And his human mate?"
