Why She Got Pregnant

**Melissa's POV***

After, Xavier carried me in his arms to my room. He promised that he was going to spend the night with me.

He stayed in my room until I fell asleep. But then I woke up and thought of wrapping my hands around him, and that was When I noticed that he wasn't on the bed with me. At first, I thought he must have gone to the toilet.

I waited for a while, and when I didn't see a sign of him, I quickly got out of the bed and went into the bathroom myself. But to my greatest surprise, he wasn't there. I thought he might have gone to his office, and so I decided to go over there and tell him to come to bed.

He had gone through so much in the hands of the Vampires and hence there's nothing more I want from him than for him to get a proper rest.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hospital, I was shocked to find out that he wasn't there. This got me confused because I was really anticipating seeing him in his office.
