I agree. It doesn't make sense that she would have NO way out of this considering his failures to uphold his end of the bargain. At this point I think it's just a plot device to keep them together.

I agree I feel like there are plenty of grounds for breach of contract. He was suppose to protect her and didn’t on many occasions plus I think there wasn’t supposed to be any kissing either. She should break it and move on.
