Alicia’s POV
The cold water from the shower doesn’t help me extinguish the heat a certain someone’s making me feel. My mind remains blank as I try to process the situation I’m in. I’m sure he wasn’t in the closet when I checked it. Although I couldn’t explain why he wasn’t there, I believed he had already left when Elliot came.
"Are you surprised?" He whispers in my ear, rubbing his hands on my breast and kissing my neck.
I try to turn my head to see him, but he keeps me still. Even with the lights on, it's impossible to see his face as he keeps me still.
"Mm... I let out a moan when his hand moves south and in between my legs. "Don’t... Stop it!" I groan.
"What?" He chuckles, tracing my shoulder with his tongue. "I’m only helping you to clean up," he retorts.
Even if he says that, I’m not a fool to be convinced by his words. He’s clearly teasing me with his playful fingers, and I hate that I’m loving it!
"That’s enough," I mumble, taking a step away from him.
"Are you sure?" His hand holds my waist and pulls me back to him. "I don’t think so, princess." He blows on the back of my neck, sending shivers down my spine.
"Mm. Are you not done yet?" I gasp, biting my lower lip to suppress the moans. I’m glad Elliot left after someone called him, or he’d find us out doing ‘something’ in the bathroom.
"Not yet." His deep and husky voice graces my ears, giving me an explicable sensation.
Isn’t this how books describe the feeling when one meets her mate? No way!
I attempt to turn my head to see him once again, only to be pressed against the wall.
"Why won’t you show your face?" I bark, trying to intimidate him at least.
If I can walk him to the mirror just a couple of steps away, maybe I’ll be able to see his face. I’m dying of curiosity, and I don’t think I can let this opportunity pass.
"Now’s not the right time, princess. Besides, are you sure you’re ready to know who I am?" He rubs his chest against my back while keeping my hands overhead as he pins them on the wall.
"Tell me the truth," I say. "How did you manage to get in here?"
I wait for his reply, but he says nothing. Why? Is it because he’s working for my father, the Alpha, that he’s afraid to tell me his identity?
"It’s simple," he mutters. "Just remember that I didn’t come to do you any harm this time," he adds.
"Yeah, right? You came to kill me on the first night you sneaked into my room." I sneer. "Did you change your mind about killing me now because we’ve slept together?"
It’s probably because of that.
"Not really," he replies. "But you can say that I find you interesting to the point that I wish you to stay alive... forever." His words stir something inside me, but before I can even figure out his true intention, his lips start doing the prep work.
"Ah, I thought we were just going to take a shower?" I ask, despite knowing it’s not just about that.
A man and a woman inside the bathroom, naked... We’re not just going to scrub each other’s backs, are we?
"Looks like you want more, princess." I feel him smirk behind me. "How about this?" He asks, rubbing my clit with his hand while the other holds my wrists above my head.
Damn! I’m obsessed with his touch.
I’m not denying it!
However, this isn’t going to last. And I know what will happen to me when others find out.
I purr, throwing my head back, giving him access to my neck. He's a lot taller than me, so he can easily lower his head and lick my shoulder blade.
"Why are you so good at this?" I ask, grabbing his hair. I feel like I could do it with him several times. I wonder if my body would last, though.
"Close your eyes, princess."
"No." I refuse. "Why don’t you just show your face now?"
He chuckles. "Don’t you want the thrill?" He inserts his finger inside me, moving it in circles.
"Ah! Damn!"
The more he moves his skillful hand, the more I want him to take me.
"Please..." I beg, going against my pride.
"Please what, princess?" His voice seems deeper as he mumbles into my ear.
"Fuck me, I reply.
"Then close your eyes," he demands. He’s getting ahead of himself, really!
Just when I’m about to refuse him again, his fingers stop.
"Fine!" I whine, closing my eyes. "Now, what?"
I hear his soft laughs as he lets go of my hands. The next thing I know, he’s blindfolded me.
"What the hell?" I yell, only to be silenced by his warm lips.
His kiss is delicate, yet it makes me want him to be more aggressive.
"This is better," he says, turning me around to face him. I know we’re facing each other when I can feel his breath touching my face. "Let me know if your eyes hurt," he says. "I’ll loosen up the knot if it does," he continues.
"Can’t you just remove it?" I ask, pouting.
"No, princess. I want you to feel even better like this," he mutters, kissing my forehead and down to my lips again. "Are you ready?"
I don’t know what he’s talking about, but somehow, I can’t help expecting more.
His lips continue to move down, kissing every inch of my skin. It feels different, but I don’t dislike it. As he traces my body with his warm lips and tongue, my imagination goes wild. I wonder what he will do next.
But first of all, I need him to take care of something for me—my wetness.
"Oh, ah!" I groan, feeling a warm, moist muscle in my vagina.
His tongue?
My face turns red in embarrassment. Why would he do that? However, I have no time to stop him. His tongue has already invaded inside me, adding fluid to my already soaking-wet crotch.
My hands find their way to his head, grabbing his hair.
"Cute," he comments, before dipping his tongue inside me again.
My knees are about to give in, thanks to him putting my legs on his shoulders.
"Is this what you mean?" I ask, biting my lips in bliss. "You didn’t say you'd use your tongue!"
"It’s part of the surprise, princess." He changes his movement and starts slurping my clit.
Oh my! I can’t believe he’s doing it!
Lost for words by his mind-blowing attack, my body arches when he inserted a finger. I'm gasping for air when it goes in thoroughly, hitting my g-spot.
Sweat starts to cover my face. I wish I could get under the shower, but I can’t move with my legs on his shoulders. My back starts to hurt a bit as I lean on the wall, but there’s no other way to do this than to endure!
"Ah!" I cry in pleasure, pulling his hair.
I’m a complete mess!
His fingers diligently do their job, poking my insides. His speed increases by the second, and he thrusts his slender fingers along the tip of his tongue.
I couldn’t last another minute when he did that.
"Sweet," I hear him say, licking my juices.
He made me squirt! That’s the first, and it feels great!
"Damn it. I’m so tired," I mumble, leaning my body toward him.
"It’s okay, princess. Just take a nap," he says, lifting me up and putting me in the tub. "Let me wash you," he adds, rubbing soap into my arm as he gently massages me.
A small smile appears on my lips as I close my eyes. It will be even better if he removes the blindfold.
"Ah, this is nice," I say, drifting to sleep.
Alistair’s POV"Where have you been?" Sam, my Gamma, asks. He paces back and forth in front of me, wearing a worried face."I just got some exercise," I reply, sipping the coffee he served me. "What’s the big deal?"Sam slams his hands on the table, earning a growl from me. He’s overreacting again."You went missing for almost two hours. What do you expect me to do? The house is in chaos because of the sudden power interruption, and my dear Alpha is missing!"Ah. That’s it? I want to ask him that, but I can already imagine how he’ll look if I take his concern lightly."I still don’t understand why we’re in the Lightcrest. Do you really want to marry that woman?"I put the cup on the table, glaring at Sam. It irks me when he refers to her as ‘that woman’."Watch your mouth, Samuel. Who do you think you’re talking to right now?" My penetrating gaze silences him. I’m the Alpha here, and I do what I want."My apologies, Alpha."Sighing, I unbutton my shirt. "Get me a new shirt. I will go
Alicia’s POV My grip tightens on the railings as I stand on the balcony. I come here to get a breath of fresh air, but the idea of getting married to someone I don’t even like spoils my entire day. "Who wants to get married to that tyrant?" I grumble in frustration, thinking of a way to get rid of this marriage agreement. "He's my mate? That's ridiculous! Even if it's true, why do I always end up with a useless mate? First, Elliot, and now a tyrant Alpha. Great!" I grind my teeth to suppress my anger. How long do I have to follow everything that my father wants me to do? When he granted the Beta position to Elliot, he also told me to accept it without complaining, and it left me feeling inferior. "I rather remain unmarried than with anyone," I mumble, gazing at the dark sky of the night. "Do you hate the idea of marrying me that much?" I turn my head to the side and sigh when I see Alpha Alistair. He’s leaning against the railing on the balcony of his room, which happens to be n
Alicia’s POV"Welcome back, Alpha."I can’t help but be amused at how many servants are waiting in front of the pack house, waiting for their Alpha’s arrival. The Lightcrest Pack is considered a wealthy and strong pack, but nothing compares to The Nightreapers, whose gate is made of gold.Just how wealthy are they?"Everyone, listen up." Alpha Alistair speaks, getting everyone’s attention right away. He pulls me to his side and faces his people. "This is Alicia Elrod of The Lightcrest Pack. She’s my special guest. I expect you to treat her like you treat me, otherwise..."His voice becomes low and cold, making the atmosphere around him heavy."Death is not enough to punish those who oppose me," the Alpha continues, warning everyone. Is he always like this? Well, he’s known as the tyrant Alpha, but he always smiles whenever I see him."Are you finally showing your true colors?" I mumble, looking up at him.Alpha Alistair meets my eyes and smiles. "I always show you my true intentions,
Alistair’s POVHer flustered face never gets old. I can’t get enough of her unexpected facial expressions. To think that someone as pretty as her could make funny faces too makes it worth spending my time just watching her."I heard you want to have breakfast here. Do you mind if I join?"Alicia stares at me and sighs. "I’m fine by myself. Besides, I don’t think you like eating in the dark," she says, averting her gaze.Indeed. She seems more comfortable in the dark. I wonder if there’s any reason behind it."I don’t mind," I say, smiling at her. "I want to spend time with you as much as I can.""You don’t have any work to do?" She raises her eyebrow, throwing me a skeptical look. "You can't just laze around because you have to entertain your guest, do you?"I do have some paperwork to take care of, but that’s why I have my Gamma to do those things when I’m not available."It’s fine," I say. She need not worry about my schedule. "I always have time for you."Alicia looks at me as if I
Alicia’s POV"Thanks for your help, Nora. I’ll leave the rest to you." I close the door of my room and sigh. Finally, the busy day is over. At first, I wanted to go to the mall to clear my mind, but with certain people’s interruptions, I ended up tiring myself.I walk to my bed and lie down, covering my face with my left arm as I close my eyes. It’s already late for a nap, but my body needs rest."It will be rude to skip dinner," I say, thinking about the Alpha’s reaction if he finds out I go to sleep instead of joining him for dinner."But I had breakfast with him in the morning," I add, groaning. "Argh. I want to go to sleep.""Mm?"I frown when someone knocks on the door. Who could it be?"Alicia, it’s me," his deep voice calls out. It’s weird how he says my name so perfectly."What is it?" I ask, blocking the door. "Do you need something?"I just want him to go away now. We’ve spent the entire day together, and I can’t stand being around him for long. Enough is enough for today. I
