Wise Advice

Despite Madame Sand telling me that I needed to start my classes, the past few days had been fully unproductive. I haven’t been invited to attend any classes and spent my day just lazing around like my life had no meaning.

The more free time that I had, the more time my mind had to wander. Only dark and lonely thoughts filled my mind as I woke up at sunrise just to spend the entire day thinking of the prince and waiting to hear from him. I watched the sunset from the balcony of my room alone at the end of the day without hearing any news of the prince. I didn’t even know where he was or what he was up to.

“I’m just stuck here…” I muttered to myself as I leaned on the metal railing of my balcony.
