In a graveled path within the pine forest, Reeth’s grey and black wolf thrust rocks with his pause in Drake’s way. Only then did he lunge at him and attempted to bite on his neck. Drake’s fawn-coated wolf rolled over with Reeth’s, both clawing while pursuing to take a bite.
In the end, with how he was using the surrounding resources, Reeth managed to put Drake down with both his paws, his canines ready to snap. It was then that they shifted into their human.
“While our kind is fast, we are also fighting against werewolves who hold almost the same speed and agility,” Reeth explained to Lana during their training session. “Thus, in our territory, mastery of the environment is key. We use it to our advantage.”
Since Reeth knew the conditions at the Hidden Mist Valley Pack the most, Elenor suggested that he give insight to Lana and the Gammas, at least for a day or two. Lana’s aunt Lucille also came to add her own insights.
