~Arabella~
Sleeping in the small dimension she had created as her solace, Arabella felt her skin crawl.
She had about four square feet of space, a small bed that she could sleep in. It was ironic how her place of comfort was like a mere box, which gave nothing but an eerie feeling. However, that was better, so much better than being with Morfran.
A small portion of her hand burned and itched. She jerked up to the familiar calling of her older sister, Lucille. The small spiral mark on her hand was glowing and scorching.
White vapor sizzled out of her mark, and her sister’s eyes became visible to her view.
Lucille spoke through the smoke, “Arabella, I have little time. We have Gunner -”
Stunned, Arabella interrupted, “What did you say? How are you able to contact me, Lucille? Haven’t you exhausted your powers the last time you were in a fight -”
“I have regained my strength, thanks to the healer of the Val

~Arabella~ “The rogues are catching up to us,” Arabella said while clinging tightly to Max's wolf. “There are six or seven of them!” She watched as Valencia cast a spell of deception, resulting in the rogues becoming distracted, but eventually, they caught on, following their tracks. They were looking so ferocious; they seemed adamant to catch up with them. “They are quick!” She exclaimed. “Don’t worry. We are nearing the borders of the Port of Valmore!” Max revealed, his eyes focused on the path ahead. "Just hold on tight! I'll run even faster!" “I’ve mind linked with Alric. They are coming our way,” Valencia revealed. "Alric won't be so forgiving!" It was because Max and Valencia were too fast that they arrived closer to the Port of Valmore much sooner. They spotted rogues following them while crossing the Blue Moon Pack's territory, and Max suspected they were still part of Morfran’s men. Her sister Lucille
~Lana~ “Mother, you are not a werewolf,” Lana remarked. A soft giggle escaped her lips after having witnessed Arabella sniff her son profoundly. Arabella laughed and then, she pushed back a strand of Kai’s hair behind his ear. She faintly replied, “It’s exactly because I am not a werewolf that I am putting greater efforts into smelling my own grandson.” It was much later when they arrived at the Valmore home. Valencia had to give Arabella more healing potions, in order to get her strength back. Lana’s father also had a shot of the great healer’s magic. After getting a new pair of clothes and a good bath, Lana led her mother to Kai’s room. It was in his bedroom where Arabella marveled at her grandson. “He is so handsome. I love his name too. Seven right?” Arabella asked, her frame resting beside Kai. "I love you, Kai." “Yes, mother,” Lana replied. “He is just the same age when.” Lana could feel her mother
~Alric~ His black and enormous wolf growled at the three wolfmen that had arrived at the borders of the Dust Mountain Pack, his Beta Dean, and his new pack warriors stood behind him, also in their beast forms. The visiting werewolves brought Alric a message from Morfran. “Our Alpha said, if you do not return Arabella and Gunner to the Hidden Mist Valley, we will attack the Port of Valmore! We will make slaves of your wives and whores out of them!” Said the wolf, who had earlier introduced himself as Blaze, Morfran’s Beta. Alric became irked to the depths of his bones, his nostrils flared and his fangs dug against the soil. His eyes narrowed, and he felt all of his hair stand in anger. He announced, “Morfran can attack the Port of Valmore and court death! We will be waiting for him!" He snarled loudly and announced, “Also send a message to Morfran!” While the werewolves from the Hidden Mist Valley Pack awaited the statement, Alric l
~Lana~ Racing in her red-brown wolf, Lana leaped three meters away from the finish line, landing first amongst the female werewolves. After catching her breath, she slowed down in her tracks and turned to look at the warriors behind her. She inwardly smirked, seeing Geneva’s cream-coated wolf still rushing to catch up with her. In her human form, Geneva may be a better fighter, but in their wolf forms, Lana was definitely faster, bigger, and stronger. “A very deserving Luna of our pack!” Elenor was the first to cheer for Lana, and the rest of the audience echoed their support. From time to time, the pack would hold a race. The wolfmen’s competition was usually held separately from the females and that day, the she-wolves went around the borders of the port of Valmore. They all followed a specific trail, from plains to rocky cliffs, until arriving at the town proper and entering the grand arena. Moments later, after all the particip
~Lana~ Lana found herself staring blankly at the ports, two blocks away from Alric’s office. She breathed in the sea breeze that hit her face and she folded her arms against her, trying to contain her anger. Her eyes wandered to the busy canal that went through a fraction of the Port of Valmore and allowed its beauty to ease her chest. She sat on the bench, marveling at how very little of the province opened up to the sea, yet it greatly contributed to the booming business of the Valmore Group of Companies. In fact, the trade was the heart of Alric's business. “I always knew you were this pathetic, Lana! Did you really spy on me and your husband? That goes without saying, you must be having a dull life in bed these past few days.” Lana turned behind her, only to find Geneva mocking through her words. Lana rolled her eyes and countered, “I don’t know what you're talking about -” Geneva laughed hysterically before she suggested
~Morfran~ “Are you working on it? We need more of that potion so we can continue to be undiscovered,” Morfran demanded, his eyes never leaving Sabrina, his witch. She was walking around him and his men, producing mists from a liquid potion she had copied from the same mixture Geneva provided. It was made with a scent, only familiar within the lands of the Port of Valmore, and so far, it was working well for them. None of the allied packs were able to detect his group. Their numbers never reduced, despite having walked around the borders of the Blue Moon Pack. Morfran could already see it. He would be able to take his Arabella back, and not only that! He could take Gunner and his daughter too, make slaves out of them and a whore out of Lana. But prior to leaving that day, he swore to wreak havoc in the lands of the Port of Valmore, and what better way to do it than to destroy the Valmore ancestral home? He swore to not only bu
~Alric~ Two days had passed since the attack at the Port of Valmore. After the pack warriors had cleaned up the plains behind the Valmore home, Alric immediately called for a meeting. He invited all prominent families, several high-ranking warriors, and all his trusted men, his Beta, Dean, and all his Gammas. Reeth’s rebel group was also invited, and they all gathered within the Grand Arena of the Port of Valmore. In all his glory, Alric stood in the center of the ring with his Luna. His intimidating eyes scanned nearly every seat around them. Only after imposing his dominance did he announce, “It is no secret that two days ago, we were invaded. There was a breach in our territory that led to the attack by Morfran and his men. Today is to discuss who is responsible for it and what is the rightful punishment.” Alric and Lana looked at each other before questions arose from the crowd, following the Alpha's hint. “You mean one of our own caused thi
~Max~ “Max, are you sure?” Lana asked again, trying to assess his resolution. “I am very angry at Geneva right now, and while I feel I have every reason to bite off her head -” “I need this. I need to be the one to do this. Not Alric, not you, and not anyone else,” Max interrupted Lana. He peered in the direction of Geneva, who was frantically pushing away the warriors that held her arms. He sucked in a breath and explained, “At her very last breath, Geneva needs to realize her mistakes. She needs to know the severity of her sins, so much that the very person whom she expected to stand by her would be the same to cut off her head." With another sigh, he added, “Would I regret it? I might hate myself for some time, but my loyalty remains with Alric. He is my Alpha. In a heartbeat, I will always choose Alric over Geneva. And now that you are his Luna, I will choose you over her on any given day." “So let me do it, Lana,” Max added. “Let me
~Alric Valmore~Author LiLhyz: "Alric, how do you feel that your story has now come to an end?"Alric's eyes narrowed. He leaned back, caressing his chin before answering, "I am relieved. Finally, Lana and I can have more privacy when we go for seven to eight rounds."Author LiLhyz, thinking, 'Gosh, I'm sure going to miss a lot of snu.'~Lana Valmore~Author LiLhyz: "What are your plans now that the story has ended?"Lana, after hearing Alric's answer, bit her lip. She became distracted as she answered, "I'm going to support my children and play the role that they expect of me, a mother of all."Author LiLhyz: "That is a big role."Lana: "It is, but then again, my husband is bigger."Author LiLhyz's mouth fell on the floor. "What?"~Dean~Author LiLhyz: "Dean, how do you feel about not having so much weight in the story of Alric and Lana, I mean compared to Max? You are supposed to be the Beta."Dean: "Ewww... I'd rather be mute, not have any script than to be paired off to Geneva, eve
~Lana~ “Alric, what is this? Why are we even here?” Lana asked as they entered the arena of the Port of Valmore at eight in the evening. "Why are the lights off?" It was strangely so dark, that she could barely make out the bleachers. Guiding Lana at the center of the ring, Alric said while holding her hand, “I declare today and for the future years of this same day, Women’s Appreciation Day! The best part is, today is also your birthday!” “What? Where did you get this idea?” She asked, laughing in the night. “The pack, of course, especially the ladies who enrolled at the new school,” Alric revealed. “To start this event, we want to thank our dearest, Luna.” Last week, Lana opened up a new school, especially for women who wanted to learn how to cook, sew, and garden. The same school also would teach the basic techniques of how to care for young pups, care for the wounded, and learn to deal with family stress. She knew the w
~Author’s Narration~ Two years passed. “I pronounce you, husband and wife.” Applause could be heard, following the end of the mating ceremony between Lana’s aunt Lucille and her mate, Farkas. “Congratulations, aunt!” Lana cheered, smiling at her aunt. “Finally, Lucille, you tied the knot. I’m so happy for you!” Greeted Arabella and Gunner echoed the same. “Congrats, grandma,” Kai, now twelve, greeted with a smile. Lana’s twins, Lavender and Lilac said the same, both of them wearing the same purple clothes. They have recently turned four years old and were both very playful. Jayden was in his father’s arms, clingy as always, despite nearly turning three years old. Alric and his family, including Lana’s parents, visited the Hidden Mist Valley Pack once more, to celebrate the union of Lucille and her mate, an elder from the Blue Moon Pack, who now decided to relocate to the
~Lana~ Another year passed. “What are you doing there? Lying there like a stick? That is so not like Alpha of you!” Lana laughed, making her way to the bed and reaching for their baby boy. “He keeps snuggling on me and no matter how much I try to give him space, he finds his way to me.” He frowned, his body laying down, sideways. He reported, “Now, I don’t have any space in the bed for myself.” Lana continued to laugh and pointed, “You should have put him in his crib.” A groan left Alric’s lips. He rolled on his back and stretched his long and thick arms, saying, “Like that would work.” “Yes, I guess you are right.” Looking down at the sleeping baby, she confirmed, “This boy right here is a certified daddy’s boy.” Jayden, their fourth pup was nine months old, and he was a very clingy baby to Alric. They could not figure it out, but each time Alric was around, his little hands stretched to Alric automatically a
~Lana~ “Wife, you sure picked a good time to be in heat,” Alric said, hissing. His eyes narrowed at her, his tongue licking his own lips. He took a big whiff at the air around him and declared, “I bet you are dying to be fucked right now.” Lana was lying on their hotel bed, her body completely warm, her head filled with lustful thoughts of her husband. “I don’t know, Alric, but I can't help it...” Her eyes darted to the wall that divided them from Max’s room. She said, “Mia and Max are in the other room.” “So?” Alric said, taking off his shirt, and instantly, the display of his well-curved muscles made Lana's panties soak. “What do you mean, so? We are both so loud in bed!” She reminded, her face burning all the way to her ears. Before Alric could answer, however, they heard moans, loud ones, coming from the other room. “Oh, gods! Max - Ahh, that feels so good - Ahh!” The walls were so narrow, Lana and A
~Author’s Narration~ Loud shrieks and cries of pain came from one room of the packhouse, within the Cross River Pack. Everyone who lingered outside the room tuned in as Mia was beaten to a pulp by her own father. “How dare you bring trouble here? You should have warned your fated mate about our rules! You cannot leave this pack! Do you hear me!” Mathew screamed and what followed next were sounds of thuds against the wooden floor, glass shattering, and Mia's cries. The cries only stopped when nightfall came and Mia fell unconscious, on the floor. Despite her condition, her father nor her twin sister did not treat her wounds. Only Mark aided in her care, groaning as he wiped the blood off her skin. When mid-morning came the next day, Alpha Jasper was calling out loud from the kitchen, demanding food. “Where is Mia? She and her brother should be cooking right now.” Mia’s sister, Leslie, stepped into the dining area and pointed o
~Max~ Max never truly understood how the fated mate bond worked. He had seen Alric, Drake, and Dean become whipped in front of their mates, but he had always marveled if it was anything stronger than his feelings for Geneva. Many claimed it would. That was the purpose of the moon goddess to put two souls together, make them one in love. Now, standing in front of his fated mate, Max had finally recognized this to be true. He was completely thrilled, overwhelmed with joy, and, in fact, warmth spread throughout his body. His wolf was howling like crazy inside of him! Apart from satisfaction, lust engulfed him. He had been in front of many naked women before. That was always the case after shifting into their wolf form. Max had also seen Geneva fully naked, but this was different. The level of arousal he felt being in front of Mia was conquering. His brother down there did not, for a second, hesitated and simply became erected and it remained
~Alric~ “Alric, where is Max?” Lana asked while packing her things. Also packing hastily, Alric replied, “He is within the Cross River Pack. East to the Port of Valmore.” “But, I thought he left for another country?” Lana asked as soon as she stuffed the last of her denim jeans. “He did, but after going around from pack to pack from the neighboring countries, he realized, we never explored the small packs of Eastern Duran. And so, that was how he found himself at the Cross River Pack’s territory,” Alric explained, before revealing his inner happiness. "Lana, I've been waiting for this day." A smile became painted on his wife's face and she answered, "I know. I'm excited to see him too. “Are you ready?” He asked impatiently. “Ready,” said Lana. Her smile did not hide her elation. Immediately after arriving at the Port of Valmore, Alric left instructions for Dean to take care of the pack while he w
~Lana~ Over one year passed. Lana’s hands were up in the air. Her blue eyes turned white as ghosts, all while she chanted the words, commanding the waters to follow her bidding. As she did, her hair also changed into the color of her eyes. She was standing by the ports, with several elders of the pack, including Alric and Valencia, observing her perform the spell she had been mastering over the past eight days. Following the words that she recited, Lana gazed up to the moon’s bright light and pleaded for the water to rise. A gush of wind suddenly engulfed her and her skin crawled. Soon, she witnessed the wave rising and creating angry roars as it flowed into the canal. From behind her, Alric commanded, “Dean, tell them to turn on the pumps! Keep the water flowing!” For nearly an hour, Lana stood by the ports, controlling the movement of the seawater into the canal, the same that streamed to the Port of Valmore,
