Chapter 28: Princess of Deception

The alliance gathered in the clearing, their faces grim and determined. They knew that the battle ahead would be difficult, but they were confident that they could win with Hera's help.

Hera stood at the front of the group, her eyes closed and her head tilted back. She was concentrating, using her unique ability to see the dark force that controlled the alpha king.

"I can see it," she said, her voice low and urgent.

"It's a swirling mass of darkness, and it's feeding off of the alpha king's anger and hatred."

"How can we defeat it?" asked Davien.

"We need to weaken it," Hera said. "I can do that, but it will take all of your strength."

The alliance nodded, and they prepared for battle.

Hera closed her eyes again and began to chant. A soft glow surrounded her, and the dark force began to weaken. The alpha king roared in anger, but he was no match for Hera's power.
