Judging by the look and anger in his tone, Rose quickly understood Zander hated Caleb Thane for some reason. There was a distant look on his face and his eyes suddenly turned into a glowing sliver, indicating his beast was taking over. Rose quickly placed her hand over his, her calming self pushing his beast back.

Zander’s blue orbs stared back at her, she smiled at him and pecked his lips while holding his hand.

“I won’t force you to tell me about him, Zander, you can tell me whenever you wish to… I will wait,” Rose said, with a sweet smile on her face. Looking at her smiling face, Zander found himself relaxing and claiming her lips.

He wrapped his hands around her waist and pulled her closer to him, his lips kissing her passionately, she moved onto his lap, sitting on him with her legs placed on either side of him.
