Second move

Jasper P.O.V.

This plan is insane, but maybe that is what we need. Insanity. I grab Astra’s hand and pull her with me. She doesn’t even ask where I am going or what we are doing, she just follows me to our room.

“What is going on, Jasper?” She asks when we close the door behind us. I look at her. My perfect angel! My mate. My everything. Someone is coming to take her away from me and kill me to hurt her. Shadow is whining in anger and shaking out his fur in my mind. He wants us to seek out our enemy and take him out for good, instead of waiting for him to come to us.

“I’m sorry for dragging you, angel. But we need to speak to your brother and your parents.” Astra swallows, she is about to say something when there’s a knock on the door. I open it, as she sits down on our bed. She is pale and slightly shaking. Alisa is standing outside, and as her eyes land on her little sister, she rushes past me to get to her.

“What’s going on, sis?” She asks, and Astra tells her what I just said.
