Prologue 2

Jamie:

Instead of asking my questions her eyes linger on my abs, I don’t think she had an idea of the reason she was staring at me this way but I don’t think I am comfortable with the stare, they are creating ideas in my head and that is bad, she is a fucking ten years old girl and I am already a teenager, like some grandfather to her.

“Turn around,” my voice came out guttural, and then I swallowed some invisible lump in my throat as I tried to go back to what I was about to do.

“Oh please, stop acting like I will eat you.” Yet another word came out from her, like a young adult who seemed to know everything that goes on between a male and a female. “Will you let me ride your Wolf, I want to be the first to ride it.” It’s obvious no one has ever ridden my wolf, the dude is just a few weeks old.

“Of course, and you have nothing to worry about, I will make sure to protect you.”

“Jamie,” she called softly, although she was still backing me, I knew she wanted to say something. “what is it?”

“Will you give me the honor of being the last female to ride your wolf?” that was huge, there will come a day, were I will have my Luna and I will want her to ride my wolf, I want to have a run with her but what’s the big deal if I promise her that, at least for now, I don’t have my Luna and I don’t think I will meet my fated mate soon, dad didn’t met mommy when he just turned eighteen, even if I already have my wolf at fifteen, I still have to wait for my mate.

“Sure,” I said not waiting for Tiffany to say another word, after taking off my clothes, I made sure to fold them because I would have to wear them after I shifted into my human form. I gave it to her to hold including the Jade on my neck.

Tiffany was stormed with the appearance of my wolf, she went on her knees crouching close to my wolf.

“Aren’t you a lovely fella, even more handsome than Jamie? It’s a shame Hunter that you lock up in the body of this ugly dude.” She smirked, causing me to roll my eyes, and something dawned on me, she just named my wolf and the truth is, I hadn’t thought of naming my wolf, hearing her calling him that, it makes this naughty wolf of mine whimper as he start licking her face and Tiffany giggle with what Hunter is doing to her.

And I could hear Hunter calling me an asshole for not naming him.

How naughty could this wolf of mine be? He didn’t just lick her neck, he flicked his tongue across her lips, causing my body to jolt, something was building up in me and the desire to kiss her came rushing into my mind, and for a second I wanted to shift into my human form and just kissed her.

No, I shouldn’t be thinking of this right now, Tiffany is my sister even if we didn’t come from the same parents, and fuck she is way too young for such a dirty thought, “come on Tiffany, jumped on my back,” Tiffany didn’t give it a thought before jumping on my back and the next thing, Hunter run off with her on my back, he wasn’t running too fast, so Tiffany doesn’t fall off me, we were enjoying the run not knowing we race a great deal far from the main pack and was heading to the border.

“wow, this is the coolest thing I have ever done,” Tiffany was giggling on top of me. “Jamie,” she called suddenly.

“What is it?” I asked knowing the inquisitive friend that I have, I am sure, she have something to say.

“Jamie, will it be possible if you just pick me as your Luna?” I almost choked on her words I came to a halt suddenly without warning, throwing her off my back. “ouch!” she screamed in pain, I didn’t mean to do that and the fear of what I had just done, made me to shift without warning, now I was standing completely nude in front of her. She covered her eyes with her palm, I dragged my wear that had fallen from her hands as a result of shock. I wanted to say something but loud paws were heard, they were thudding on the ground, Tiffany grabbed my hand in fear.

“Did you hear it?” Tiffany's voice was shaking, I could feel she was scared.

“Come on relax, you are with an alpha and you are scared? I will never abandon you.” I said cupping her cheeks, cursing her to look at me, “Look at me, you know I will never hurt you not put you in danger, never,” she gulped her saliva, nodding to my words, I know she trusted me to save her if anything bad happens. “Who is there?” I asked acting bravely and going further towards the direction we heard the paws sound.

“Jamie stop, don’t go further we should leave, this could be dangerous.”

“Stop that, no one will attack us here.” I went to Tiffany and pulled her hand, wanting to show her that there was no one there.

“Come on Jamie, I am scared. So let’s leave, I don’t want to see it anymore, I know you are a true Alpha and you have proven it to me but let’s just leave.” She tugged my hand ready to pull me back. But there was a loud thud and it was accompanied by growling.  Her grip became strong on me as I pulled her into a hug but something wasn’t right, her breath was unstable.

Her breath was hitching when I pulled her off me, to stare at her. But her worried face is disturbing, as she points behind me. Then I Knew something was wrong with one swift move, I turned and looked at the big wolf that was howling at us, he was looking fearsome and his eyes were red, looking like a bloody tasty rogue ready to tear whoever came his way.

I know I have to protect Tiffany, I grabbed her hand as we ran towards the opposite side of the forest, and I pushed Tiffany under a tree. “You will have to stay here? Don’t ever come out.” She grabbed my hand.

“where are you going?” she held onto my hand.

“Relax, I will be back in no time and please don’t ever leave this place.” She nodded as I pressed soft kisses on her forehead, I jumped out of my hiding letting my wolf out, I will have to shift into my wolf. Launching myself at the wolf. As we both rolled on the floor, I knew I had to get help, because I didn’t know the number of Rogues in this forest. “Uncle Sky, I need some fucking help.” He was the first person that I thought of not even my father. Dad would kill me if he found out that I led Tiffany into trouble. As our paws hit each other, he left a tear on me as I left also on him.

I heard another sound from behind, and a loud growl, as I turned, I saw another wolf fall behind me, and my eyes shifted to Uncle Sky, I smiled seeing that he had come to our rescue. And behind him, I could see Uncle Daryl and Father.

“Where is my daughter?” he asked with his face void of emotions but I paid no attention to him, shifting back into my human form as I ran towards the direction that I left Tiffany, panicked filled my eyes, Tiffany, she is not there

“Tiffany,” I yelled rushing deep into the wood, I need to find her, I told her to remain here, where the fuck did she go? Did the rogues take her with him? “Tiffany,” I growled as I could not find her, uncle Daryl rushed to me and pulled me by the throat.

“Where the fuck is my daughter? Oh, Jamie, I shouldn’t have trusted you,” his wolf was about to force himself out, but Dad pushed him off me, as blood spurs from my throat, is bad enough that I have sustained a lot of injury from that rogue and now the alpha is piercing his claws on my throat, I didn’t attempt to push him off me, I deserve it, I could not protect my sister.

“that is enough Daryl,” Father said pulling him from me.

“enough, my daughter is nowhere to be found?” he growled.

“I will find her, uncle I promise not…”

He interrupted me, “Stefan take your son from here before I end up killing him.” His eyes were red and they were more dangerous than the eyes of those rogues.
