118. Goodbye, mother

Ambrose POV

"What did you do to my father?" I said with gritted teeth.

"Alright, if you really must know, then I will tell you. I've been wanting to take revenge on alpha Marquise for many years, and when I finally had a chance to summon a creature like the drider, I jumped on it. I sent him your way so he could kill him.

"You killed my father!" I roared. I never imagined I would have a mother like that. So ugly and full of hatred.

"He was an asshole, and he did not understand my vision." Rania yawned as if I was boring her with this conversation.

"You murdered him," I repeated. I was at a loss for words.

"Your father was not as strong and powerful as you and I, but he was skilled. I knew sending somebody ordinary was not going to work, so I had to summon the monster from the depth of hell. He is quite the creature, isn't he?" Rania smirked.

"Who is the drider? How can I kill him?" I demanded to know.

"You can't kill him," Rani
