Chapter 4 The Midnight clash

I didn't dare come out of my room till it was midnight when I began to feel so hungry, my menstrual cramps also started and my tummy was on fire, I needed to get myself a hot water to drink and stop the cramps and something to eat to quench my hunger and stop my growling stomach.

I hope I don't run into trouble this time cause it seems that since I arrived in Dandelion Moon Pack, my body has been magneting trouble and refusing to let go. I slowly opened my door, I was so careful to ensure that it makes no sound, since my room is in the middle of the Alpha and his brothers, I popped out my head and looked sideways to make sure no one is at the hallway and when I saw no one is at the hallway and everywhere is clear and quiet, I slowly came out and gently closed back my door. 

I began to make my way downstairs, I was tiptoeing and making sure my footsteps was not making any sounds, and minutes later I finally got to the kitchen, I had to turn on the light, cause everywhere was dark, I looked around the huge kitchen and without having idea of what to do I decide to boil hot water first while I look around for something to eat, 

My menstrual cramps was heating me so hard and I could barely walk, I was limping at this point, I got a jug filled with water and plugged it in on the switch which was on the was, my tummy began to hurt so bad that I could barely move and at this point I can't help but lean on the huge table with tears coming out of my eyes as I battled with the pain, 

“Ahhh….” I winced, I wiggled in pain, I heard the beeping sound of the hot water and ran immediately to turn of the switch, I poured myself some of the hot water in a cup, I blew off the steam a little to cool it down before taking a gulp from it and drop the rest back on the table, I went back to leaning on the table with my head bent, 

I don't know why the menstrual cramps is not stopping, cause right now I feel like laying on the floor, I suddenly felt a tap on my shoulder and flinged back in fear only to see it was the Alpha King standing before me, 

“Alpha I……I……..I……” I stuttered looking around the whole place, but instead he didn't say anything all he did was stare at me, he looked at the cup of water on the table and slowly picked it up, I guess he felt the hotness and slowly dropped it back, and when I thought he was not going to ask me anything anymore 

“Why are you crying?” He suddenly asked

“Crying? ahhh…..no I'm not” I laughed nervously wiping my tears immediately 

“I came down cause I was hungry, but I don't know what to make” I finally found my words, but all these while it feels like he was observing me, I adjusted my shoulder to keep my manly appearance.

“Should I make you noodles?” 

“Huh…..?!’’ I gasped in shock hearing the Alpha asked that, wait….did I just gear wrong?

“No…no, I'm fine Alpha I can do it on my own” 

“Okay, go ahead then” He gestured for me to start making the noodle while he maintained his position, 

“Hmm, of course” I nodded as I shakily walked off to get the pot, and the Alpha was still standing in the same position, is he some kind of statue or what? 

I set the pot on fire and added some water before closing it to boil, I was about to turn when my forehead suddenly bumped on something hard,

“Ouch!” I winced in pain rubbing my forehead as I slowly look up and was surprised to see the Alpha standing in front of me, 

“You're crying?” He muttered slowly as he lifted his hand and began to caress my cheeks with his thumb, I was caught off guard by his act, but when I regained myself, I wiggled out immediately, my heartbeat was running a marathon 

“Alpha you're doing something inappropriate, we are both guys remember” I said making sure my voice is as clear as possible 

“Oh is that so?” He asked and pulled out one of the seats, as he sat down looking at me, what does he mean by that question. 

“The water is boiling, won't you make the noodles again?” He asked with raised eyebrows as he gestured at the water

“Ohh” I gasped and turned immediately as I searched around for the noodles, I tried opening the cabinets but I couldn't reach it, I tried to jump and yet I still could not reach it, I turn and hurried got one of the chairs in the kitchen, and placed it down as I gently climbed on it, and finally I could reach the cabinet, I got myself one pack of noodles and closed back the cabinet as I slowly came down from the chair, and carried only to see the Alpha smiling to himself, I dropped the chair went on to cook my noodles

“What kind of a guy eats only one pack of noodles?” The Alpha voice and his question hit me so hard and I slowly turned to see him giving me a creepy look, 

“Do you want your food to burn?’’ He asked and I hurriedly brought down the pot from the fire, and turned off the fire. I poured the noodles in a plate and wash the pot immediately after which I carried my food meters away from where the Alpha was sitting, I slowly sat down, holding my chopstick and wishing he could leave so I can eat peacefully 

He suddenly stood up and I breathed out In relief as he made his way to the door, 

“Ice Americano coffee with no sweetener, serve 7 in the morning, my room is the last by the right on your floor” He muttered and left 

What does that mean? Wait, has my work officially started?
