***Charlie POV***

Having spent a few days touring New York with Emmett and juggling shifts at the bar I began to dread the looming day of his departure for some reason.

Sasha was sat eating popcorn on our sofa flicking through N*****x

"There is something different about you" she smirked.

I raised my eyebrow " Oh yea?"

"Yea" She smirked "Your all starry eyed like a love sick teenager. Your aura has changed"

I rolled my eyes "please god do not start with the aura crap" I laughed taking a handful of popcorn

She jumped up and pulled a small pack of white cards from her back pocket. "Angel cards let's do a reading" Sasha was jumping up and down.

"No thank you Sasha I don't believe in that stuff" I sighed.

My friend, her mother and grandmother were into all these strange vodoo style mystical stuff. when we were kids it use to scare the crap out of me but as we got older I didn't mind it as much.

"If you don't believe in it then what do you care?" She sighed fanning the cards on the coffee table. "Pick three and humour me" she pushed. I pulled myself upright and pulled three cards from the pack.

"Happy?" I sarcastically flashed a smile "Please read my destiny oh magical one" I bowed leaning on the table in false excitement. She chose to ignore me and turned the first card over, she looked at it and then turned the next two.

"Hmm" she mused " it seems your destiny has come knocking and this new love of yours is the real deal." She turned to me. "No serious you and he have an abnormal connection and a long future ahead" she gushed. "Its something I haven't seen before"

"OK great" I laughed. "I'm thrilled the supernatural approves." I laughed opening the door and letting Danny in. For as long as I remember it has always been Danny, Sasha and myself. Danny was the tall and silent broody type. Sasha had been crazy about him since our early teens but neither ever acted on it "Now Sasha do you plan on doing any work today?" I turned and asked as we got ready to head to bar for our shift.

At eight that evening I gathered my belongings to leave the early shift. I waved bye to my regular customers and hugged Sasha before leaving. Danny the object of Sasha's obsession was leaning against the door by the entrance. He put his arm around my shoulders.

"Whats your plan for the evening Princess?" He asked. Danny always called me Princess from the moment we first met as kids, I have tried to correct it but he strongly told me to him I'm a Princess and that was final so I excepted it. It never felt wrong or even flirtatious in our early days. Danny always felt like a big brother and a protector. I always felt safe in his presence. Danny had always been there for me.

"I'm meeting Emmett" I replied gesturing towards Emmett's approaching figure.

"That him?" he asked he's eyes glazed over briefly and he titled his head back. He suddenly bowed his head slightly.

Emmett and he were now holding a gaze between them. Danny broke it when he caught my quizzical look of confusion. "Sorry I thought I knew him from somewhere." He mumbled and I nodded.

"See you later" I smiled standing on tip toe to give him a friendly kiss on the cheek.

"Have fun Princess" he called as I put my arm around Emmett's waist and he pulled me close.

***Danny POV***

Charlie bounced through the door at the end of her early shift. She seemed happy and bright as she leaned next to me.

"Whats the plan for tonight?" I asked her.

She gestured toward a tall figure approaching us "I'm meeting Emmett" she replied. I caught his potent scent on the air and straight away my wolf stirred.

"Danny, Werewolf." Bane my wolf growled.

"I know I have his scent."

Emmett locked eyes with me and I could hear his wolf speak in my head. this shook me a little as it was not a common gift for a wolf to mind link if you weren't pack or mates.

"what's your name wolf?" The voice growled.

"Bane" my wolf answered.

" I am son of ALPHA William Sinclair of the Pearl moon Pack. Submit."

" I am Bane Moore General to my pack I submit" Bane laid down his head and so did Danny.

Our wolves went quiet and I realised Charlie was looking at me quizzically

" Thought I knew him from somewhere" I whispered. She smiled and stood on tip toe and pecked my cheek. "See you later". She walked away snaking her arm around his waist he pulled her closer to him.

" Shit Danny we have a problem" Bane growled pacing my mind.

" it would appear so" I sighed.

I pulled out my mobile phone and dialled the number.

"Hello" a voice answered.

"We have a situation get him to call me back." I replied hanging up.

***Charlie POV ***

Having been met outside the bar by Emmett we walked to the cinema to catch the late movie. Whilst standing in line i could feel Emmett so close to me I leaned my body closer to his. He drew in a deep breath before wrapping his arms around me from behind pulling me close against him. I rested my head against his chest. He kissed the top of my head and then leaned down so his lips brushed my neck.

"You know I think I've seen this movie" he whispered.

"Oh really" I whispered back swivelling in his arms to be face to face. I began to speak as he leaned down and kissed me.

Once I caught my breath I stammered "on second thoughts I think I have seen it too. Maybe we should go back to my place and order pizza Instead?" I muttered against his lips.

"Yea sounds like a plan" he replied "I'm starving" he grabbed my hand and we dodged out of the line and walked to my apartment stopping every now and then to make out like two teenagers. Finally we reached my apartment and I unlocked the door as soon as I was inside I shed my hat and jacket. Pulling on Emmett's jacket it joined mine on the floor. Still kissing we fell onto the sofa my hands began to unbutton his shirt revealing his hard chiselled chest I paused as I took in his amazing body that I had imagined I gulped as it was even better in reality.

"Are you okay baby?" He asked looking into my eyes.

I nodded "it frightens me how much I want you." I whispered. He leaned down and kissed me again lightly before pulling my shirt over my head. He pulled me into his lap so I was straddling him whilst kissing my neck he reached around and deftly opened my bra and tossing it aside. He slowly moved along my collar bone placing soft kisses at intervals before kissing and fondling my breasts.
