DAVID'S POINT OF VIEW

"Sir, the wine industry is moving smoothly and also the steel factory." Mr Kenny, my assistant said holding a scroll which contains my schedule for the day. I wore my cloths and boots.

"Get the chariot ready," I said.

"Sir, Lord Dam of the High lands seeks  your permission to expand his farm business down to chance City. His intentions will be of great help to the Mobil youths," he said ignoring my command which made me to glare at him.

"I am... am sorry, Sir!"

He said sharply, "Get lost and do as I say," I sniggered and I could feel his fear. 

"Y-yes, Sir!" He said and quickly ran out of my room. I pick up my The Chinese fire lance pistol and tucked it at the side of my belt then wore my cap. 

I descended down the stairs slowly and made my way to the dining table where my siblings were already seated. 

"You know it's quit rude keeping hungry people waiting," Lenny said but I ignored her and took my seat at the head of the table. Jordan was as usual calm and dull while Dianna was not even paying attention to me or any one.

"Serve the food please," I said and the house maids dished the biff stew and rice for us all. Another set of maids stepped forward and they slice their wrist pouring in their blood on our cups. 

"Enough you all can go," Lenny said and they nodded looking really weak due to the lost of blood.

"Mildred, please make sure they are well fed and please don't allow them do any work for the next seven days," Lenny said and the head maid who was at her early 50's bowed in respect as she walk out. We eat silently all minding their business.

"So, tell me Dave. How is the business going?" Dianna ask taking a sip from her cup of blood. 

"It's good as always," I said and she nodded

"What about you, Lenny? What about the club house?" she ask and Lenny took a quick glance at her.

"Moving smooth as estimated," she said and she narrowed her eyes to Jordan who rolled his eyes.

"I have told you guys am not gonna be part of this family drama so please keep me out," he said.

"Everyone is doing onething or the other to help this house. Tell me what are you doing, aside you do is go around searching for Olivia."

"She killed my lover!" he yelled.

"That's over 300 years ago. Let bygone be bygone," she thundered.

"Fuck this household! You know what, I am not gonna stop until I kill Olivia and that's final," he flare and stood up.

"I am outta here," he said and walked out while we all watch him. 

"Poor thing," Lenny said, I just shook my head, this family is so damn screwed. 

The day was really busy for me, being the head of the family isn't easy at all. Now I know, why Victor is always grumpy, why he snaps the neck of anyone who dares make him mad most especially me and Jordan. 

He taught us a lot about being noble, how to present ourselves as great men. Jordan was the stubborn one so he always flung the hell out of him when ever he goes against his will. 

I leaned back on my office chair tiredly with eyes close trying to calm my head which was on fire already. 

"Let me in, you punk! Let me in. I wanna see David Adams," I heard her voice outside.

"I am sorry, Mrs Hope. But, we can't let you," my guards yelled at her. The door to my office burst open and she ran in with three guards behind. 

"What's the meaning of this Greg, I told you I don't want to be disturbed," I growled and he flinched.

"I am very sorry boss. She forced her way in," he stammered and I sigh and speedily plug out he hearts of the two guards behind him making him the gasped in horror. 

"When I give an order, I want you to respect it, is that clear?" I said calmly.

"Y-yes sir," he stammered shakily and I scoff, pathetic fool.

"Clean this up," I ordered.

He quickly grab the dead bodies and vamp speed out of my office and the door shut close.

HOPE POINT OF VIEW

My heart beat accelerated when he killed the guards like it was normal for him to do so. Hell, who doesn't know David Adams? The second monster of the Adams family. If you wanna die, go try messing around with the Adams and you're gone. They own chance city and here, they are seems as gods. 

"Tell me what do you want, Hope." his dark voice jolted me out of my thoughts. His lilac iris were on me like he could see through me, I shivered a little and took my gaze to the floor. 

"I don't have all day for you, Hope. Spill it out," he said calmly but I swear I know he was trying to tolerate my attitude. I gulped down thinking on how to break the bad news to him

Oh, god! Please help me, "I am p-pregnant, Dave." I said and took my eye up to his. He stared at me with an unreadable expression which shows how shocking the news might be. His brows knitted into a frown and I could help but shift away from him again.

"What do you mean you're pregnant?" he said again "I am Dave. The night w-we did it. I --" he cut me off.

"If you're pregnant, little girl. Then, get ready to abort it," he said icily and I flinched, banging headache set in making my head to spin. 

My body froz, "A-abort?" I stammered timidly but he didn't respond all he did was stared at me. he took a sharp breath in and slowly stood up from he table he was seated on.

"Yu heard me, Hope. You most terminate it, Kenny! Kenny!" He yelled and just then a chubby man dressed like a gentleman ran in. I quickly recognized him to be Mr. Kenny, personal adviser of David. 

"Get the chariot ready. We are going to see, Dr. Nile." He said and Mr. Kenny arched his brows confused by the master sudden request. He took a quick glance at me and I look down in shame.

"What are you still waiting for?" he thundered and and Mr. Kenny quickly ran out. Damn! I wonder how he's able to keep up with Dave's grumpy attitude. Poor man, Mr. Keeny isn't a vampire, funny right?

He is a human and the only human that was given the privilege to serve under Adams without getting killed. There might be a lot of human girls at their mansion but trust me those girl get killed everyday like chickens. 

He grab his coat from the coat hanger and walked up to me. "Shall we or do you want me to bag pack you first?" he said dramatically and I hurried ran out of his office and he followed behind. 

"she's pregnant," Doctor Nile said after running test on me.

"I already know that, Nile. Now move to phase 2 get that thigh out of her," he said and Dr. Nile gave him a weird look which made him to frown. 

"What are you waiting for?" he yelled and the young lady sigh and slowly walked into her inner room. I took a glance at him but he was busy smoking from his tobacco pipe not even sparring me a glance. 

I can't believe I allowed him had sex with me. I was too naive and stupid, I mean Dave is the talk of every young and old woman. They talk a lot about him an those who work as sex slaves to the Adams always praised him a lot. I was a fool to have fallen for his charms. I could still remember that night at the Adams Club, Mercedes took me there. Well, Mercedes is a witch but we both are friends. 

She works at the club as a waitress, she had told me a lot about her Boss Lenny Adams and how cunning she was. She helped me secure a night job there and one thing lead to another I ended up in the bed of David Adams and now am paying the prize for it. 

Doctor Nile walked in holding a cup.

"Drink this, honey." She said and I gulped down and nervously collected the cup from her.

I took a glance at Dave. He stared down at me with his cold eyes like he was gonna devour me if I don't drink the medicine. I gulped down everything and gasped out squeezing my face due to how bitter it was. 

"Is that all?" he ask ignoring me.

"Bring her back in next 24 hours for confirmation that the medicine worked," she said and he muttered an 'Oh' then turn to me. 

"Go on, Kenny will drop off," he said and I nodded and quickly ran out of the room with out wasting time. I exhaled heavily as soon as I got outside, only for knows how long I having been holding my breath. 

"Madam," Mr. Kenny called and I look up and he smile.

"Dave said you should drop me off," I said and he nodded politely. I hopped into the carriage, the horses started moving making the carriage to shake as they gallop slowly. 

"You know, as a young woman. You should stay way from him," he suddenly said and I took a quick glance at him with out responding. I heard him chuckled lowly.

"I see, you aren't much of a talker, Madam. But, let me give you piece of advice. What ever is connecting you to David, please for your own good let it go. If possible kill the connection," he said but I still didn't respond.

I took my gaze outside starring out through the window. After riding in silence for long while the carriage suddenly came to a halt making us to jolt forward roughly. 

"What is the meaning of this, Patrick?" Mr. Kenny yelled but there was no answer and next thing we heard was aloud cry out side. 

"Stay in here," he instructed and stepped won from the carriage. I waited for him but he didn't show up and next thing I heard was the door of the carriage ripping open and a strong arms grab my wrist and pull me out. 

"Let me go right now!" I yelled and the man threw me roughly on the ground. I wince in pain holding my bruise knee. Three heavily built men stood in front of me, Mr. Kenny was pinned to the ground by one while the rider of the carriage was lying on his own pool of blood. 

"Wow! It seems they are from chance City," the one whom had pulled me out said and his husky voice sent shiver down my spin. 

"If we sale the girl to the slave trader, we might gain a lot. She's pretty after al," the second man said and they all laugh. 

"Don't touch her she's the property of the Adams," Mr. Kenny said and the third man holding him punch his stomach making him to groan and spat out blood. 

"Now back to you sweet heart, we don't wanna hurt you all we want is your cooperation," the man said but I spat on his face. He chuckled and his big strong palm connected on my face and I crashed hard on the ground.

"Argh! "I scream out in pain as he grab and hold of my hair pulling it really hard and rough.

" Since you wanna be stubborn. I am gonna teach you a lesson," he spat.

"That isn't a way to treat a lady," we heard a fatale voice and the man let go of my hair and stood up. I painfully look up at the person and they stood a lady dressed on a cowboy outfit. 

"Hey who --" the first guy was about to say when she pull out her pistol and shot him straight into his mouth and the bullet fell from the back of his skull. 

"Ahh!" I scream out in fright as his body fell down like a giant door. The other two where shocked.

"How dare you bitch!" the one holding Mr. Kenny yelled and his eyes glowed bright blue.

"Wolves. Impressive," she said and speedily grab the second man and she slam him on he carriage producing a loud thud. The third man charged forward but she vanish and appeared behind him. 

She snap his neck and he drop dead seeing this the second man shifted back. 

"Who are you?" he demanded and she smile and took off her cap and he gasp.

"Adams..." he mumbled and in a swift movement she grab his neck and sank her fangs at the side of neck making him to scream out. After feeding from him she drop his lifeless body on he ground and spun around in facing me.

"Sorry you have to seen that, love. But, right now we got a lot to talk about," she said and took her eyes to Mr. Kenny.

"You better get outta here, Kenny," she growl and he shakily ran off In to the carriage and rode off. 

"Please, I --" she cut me off.

"Shh, I am not gonna bite you young lady. We have a lot to talk about and by the way I am Diana Adams," she said and punch my neck and I fell into darkness.

DIANA POINT OF VIEW

I furiously barged into David private study and he lifted his head and sigh after he saw me.

"What the..." he was about to say but I cut him off with a slap which made him to stagger backwards a little.

"What in the name of God was that for?" he yelled holding his cheek. Serves ypu right.

"You idiot! How could you! Can't you control your manhood, huh?" I yelled and he moan.

"How can you get a mare human girl pregnant? Do you know the implications for your actions. Death.. death is what you are inviting to the door step of that girl, father is gonna kill her once he finds out," I yelled even more and he huffed and walk away from me knowing full well I was gonna attack him again. 

After walking to a safe distance he turn to me.

"Don't worry I have already taken care of things, the fetus will be flush out in less than 24 hours," he said and I bite my lower lips.

After compelling Hope to give me the information I needed I sent her home and also made sure I erased her memory of her being attack by wolves. 

"You better pray that solution works or else Iam not gonna be part of father wroth," I said and walk out and made sure I bang his door really hard.
