Chapter 4

COLIN  POINT OF VIEW 

the party was going well just as always, musicians, dancers and my more were performing at the huge stage. 

The entire chance City was on lock down like always, wealthy business men and woman all around the world were here to also wetness this great day 

not like there's anything special about it. My eye lite up when I sighted David standing at the high pavement talking to governor Auden.

I pick up my cup from the table and approaches them "so tell me Mr Adams what do you think about my proposal, my daughter is such a sweet heart " Auden said smiling while as usual David had no expression all he did was take sips from his win like what ever the old man was saying  wasn't his business.  

" hey brother " I called knowing full well he hates it when i call him that. just like expected his brows frown and he scoff 

" don't call me that again "he sniggered and I smile "good day governor, my name is Colin Adams "I introduced mysoelf stretching my hand for a hand shake  and governor Auden smile widely as he took my hand. "wow I have heard a lot about you Colin but never expected you to be so handsome "he said and I chuckled. 

" in deed we the Adams are gorgeous "I said and we but laugh.  " what are you doing here Colin " David finally spoke up starring intensely at me. his burning eyes of hatred were on me like cheap perfume but who cares. 

" I just wanna greet you " I said smiling and he nodded with out altering any other words. " okay Mr Adams you... 

"My answer still remains no,  Mr governor am not getting married to your daughter and that's final! "he growled and Governor Auden flinched and his once happy expression crumbled but he quickly hide his anger with a smile. 

"hahahahah no need to be harsh Mr Adams I gat you point, oh I will see you later "he said and walk off. 

"that was harsh you know "I said leaning on the pill at close to him. his perfume lingered all around us like oxygen,

he was starring at something or should I say someone, I narrowed my eyes to what ever he was starring at. it was a girl she was seated among the crowd, I couldn't see her face because she was backing me. 

 beside her was a dark skin girl whose hair were curly like that of a male. 

they were both talking and laughing, the dark skin girl pointed at something and she laugh  "do you know her "I ask

" don't disturb me Colin am busy "he snap and I grin widely "do you like her huh, I can get her for you "I joked and he took his gaze from her to me then return it back to her 

"if I want something I know how to get it Colin "he said icily and I nodded. he stood up and walk off with out altering any word or spare me a glance 

"such an ass "I mumbled an took my gaze back to the girls but they were gone. why will David be starring at her .I wonder what he sees in her to make him stare that long. 

"who knows "I shrug and just as i spun around I sighted in Jordan heading towards me with both has stock in his pocket. " hey Dan "I called,  he snob me and walk off but stop few meters away. 

" keep your eyes on Benita else Lenny is gonna snap her neck "he spoke and walk off and I gasped. " No way not again "I grumbled and hurriedly made my way back to the party maim Hall. lenny and Benita hates eachother like hell, Lenny killed Benita years ago as punishment for her falling in love with me. Benita was just a human girl whom Lenny took as a sister and best friend. things changed between them when Benita and I started dating. Lenny wasn't happy about our relationship, she had asked Benita to cut me off her life but she refused and that got Lenny angry and killed her. I had to turn her into a vampire to safe her and for that reason Lenny always makes moves on trying to kill her again and again but I always find a way to stop her. 

"where is Benita "I asked one of my guards " she left few minutes ago "he said "and you let her go " I thundered "but... "he was about to say when I speedily rip out his heart. " Jericho find Benita now "I yelled and my trusted guard nodded and vamp speed out of sight. 

"what are you imbeciles still doing here go help him out and fucking clean this mess "I thundered at the guard and they all took off leaving 3 behind take care of the dead body . 

I sighted Lenny walking out of the dark and I speedily grab her and pinned her to the wall 

"where is Benita "I growled and she frown her brows clueless "and how am I to know that "she ask

"don't play with me Lenny, where Benita "I asked again and this time she scoff " are you seriously asking me about her, how am I to know where your pretty little girlfriend is " she snap "what's going on here " I heard Benita voice behind and I spun around and ran up to her. 

"are you alright.. where did you ran off to.. did Lenny touch you "I asked and she shook her head 

"I went off to greet a friend "she said and I exhaled in relief 

"what's up with you, wait you thought Lenny.. "yep he thought I attacked you and by the way Colin the next time you do this again I swear am gonna chop off your hand "she spat and walk out of sight. 

" You seriously thought she will attack me " Benita ask "i was scared "I whine and she giggled 

" am happy you care, cmon let's go drink "she said and drag me towards the wine bar.. 

HOE POINT OF VIEW 

"cmon mercedes what are we doing here "I asked feeling a little bet tipsy due to the gin I drank. 

we both walked into cemetery " I wanna show you something "she said and pull me along side with her. "let go of mercedes, what's your problem huh 

why the hell did you bring me here "I half yelled and she huffed while scratching her hair 

"say something "I yelled "what... what do you want me to say huh "she bark and I frown 

" am outta here "I said and turn around to walk off but I suddenly felt sudden headache 

"Argh! "I scream holding my head "am sorry hope but I can't let you go "she said "wow you made it " I heard a female voice and I groan and narrowed my eyes to the person. a tall lady dressed on a white robe walked forward with 4 girls behind her 

" who... who.. are you "I stammered in pain and she giggled "am Olivia the high witch of the witches coven. and you mercedes,  deed well in bringing her to me "she said starring at mercedes who nodded and gave me a pleading look 

"go meet Loki he's gonna heal your wounds "she said and she walk away and the witch lady turn to me. "what do you want "I ask as I manage to stand up but leaned in a grave stone for support

"you see hope let me go straight to the point. that baby inside of most not live "she said and I gasped "hell what does my unborn child have to do with you "I yelled and she chuckled "that thing in you is an abomination to nature. your baby will bring doom to us witches and also many supernatural if he's to be born " she said and gasped sucking into the air around us. she collected a dagger from one of the girls and turn to me 

" stay away from me and baby "I said shakily and she smile "don't worry this dagger isn't meant to kill you it's meant to kill the fetus "she said 

"stay away from me please "I cried stepping backward. " don't worry it will be over soon "she said and grab hold of my hand and was about to stab my stomach when a huge black Jaguar leaped out from behind pushing her away. 

" argh "she shriek out in pain. I heard whoosh sound and the 4 girls drop to on the ground dead with their hearts rip.  

The Jaguar growled at the high witch making her to flinch " good day Olivia "I we both heard a husky voice and we narrowed our eyes to the owner . there stood a guy dressed on black German suit, his hands were stained with blood and so was his lips. 

The Jaguar growled lowly and walked up to him and Olivia stood up and dusted her gown. "who are you "she demanded and he chuckled and stepped forward,  it seems the Jaguar belongs to him 

" you have no right to treat a pregnant lady like a piece of shit "he said "you know nothing mister man, leave here before I burn you to ashes "she sniggered and he laugh darkly. 

" I will like to watch you try "he said and his Jaguar sneered furiously showing off his huge canines.  " et lucpo xamidra fugara... "she was still chanting when he speedily grab her by the neck and slam her on a grave stone 

"argh!! "she cried out in pain, he was still holding her neck very tight choking her.  

"now listen and listen good Olivia,  the next time attack her again I swear am gonna rip out your pretty heart and for your question my name is Victor Adams "he said and I couldn't help but gasped in shock. wait like Victor Adams...the first son and leader of the Adams "holy mother "I managed to say, he turn to me and smile calmly 

"sorry I have to do this hope "he said and punch me right in the face and I fell I to darkness. 

DAVID POINT OF VIEW 

after the party we all walked into the house exhausted, Lenny won't stop talking while Dianna won't stop groaning feeling frustrated by Lenny noise. 

"welcome home family " we heard a very familiar voice, a voice we have missed and have hopped to hear again. 

"Vic " Lenny shriek and jumped on him like a little girl, he chuckled and patted her head lightly " welcomed back bro "Jordan mumbled 

" are you going to stand there starring at me like that brother, come give me a hug "he said and I frown " no "I deadpan and he nodded slowly 

"in deed you're still stubborn. well meet my... 

" am Cammy " a girl squealed out loud as soon as she ran in. she was dressed in male trouser and white shirt. her hair were short like that of a male "who is she's "Dianna ask pointing at her "am Cammy and he's my dad "she said giggling 

"dad "we all asked giving Victor a questioning look and he exhaled sharply...
