Chapter Thirty-One
"Balthazar please, we need you to lie. Please don't tell Victor that I'm seeing Mr. Daniel. W-What happened is just a coincidence. I didn't know that he was also in the same cafe that I was in. I'm begging you please don't tell this to him," Sophia pleaded while Celestine was cupping her mouth using her left hand as she do her best not to make any noise.
The call wasn't on a loudspeaker. Celestine intend to not press the loudspeaker button when she figured out that it was Sophia that is calling Balthazar, afraid that the man might know that she answered the call that was supposed for him.

A knock from the door woke Celestine up. She sat on the bed and yawned; causing tears to escape from her eyes. She heard a knock on the door once again. Before the cab left, he took a picture of its plate number. He just wanted to make sure that Sophia will be safe. As the cab gets out of his sight, he looks at his wristwatch. It was already two o'clock in the morning and he still needs to do some work once he get into his office. "Oh, shoot," the young boy said as his ball dropped to the sea. From where Celestine is standing, she could somehow know the age of the boy and she thinks that he must be above five years old.
