CHAPTER 1

The day is so fast and now it's Saturday. As usual, Cassidy was even more excited than me. We are now looking at my cabinet for what I will wear and I chose off-shoulder black for my top and I wore jeans and then shoes.

"You're beautiful!" Said of my twin

"Of course."

We went to a Cafè. And we saw two men sitting as if talking.

"Are they?" I asked my twin as I turned my back on her

"No! What are you, these are them oh" when I looked behind me my attention immediately focused on a man

Is this Lev? He's even more handsome in person...

"Lev. This is Brittany, my twin" Cassidy introduced me

"Brittany is Lev, the one I showed you"

"Nice to meet you," we said together, when I looked at my twin smiling dog he was again

"Let's go into the Cafè, it's hot out here," Cass said

"Yeah, we should go inside" Lev replied

My heartbeat even harder when I heard his voice .. literally face voice became even more handsome beacuse of his voice.

"Hey, don't stare at , Lev. It might melt" Cassidy whispered to me then giggled.

"Not really. Who is that for me to stare at"

"shut up, you still denying it."

"Stop me, Cassidy I'll slap you"

"You're too bad at me!" she said and walked ahead

Cassidy and her boyfriend separated the table, though the four of us could be here at the same table. It's also for privacy when they have something to talk about

I don’t know how to start talking to Lev. What is this? Until later we stare?

'Ahm. I'm Levin Costa, and you? "

"Brittany Amaris Laxamana"

"Your name is beautiful, as you"

I couldn't help but smile. "not at all"

"I'm not joking. You're beautiful. Indeed beautiful"

"Thank you."

We talked about other things and little info with the two of us. i excuse myself because I need to go to the cr

When I was walking towards the c.r I saw a man who is also handsome but of course, we didn't know each other so we just passed by

When I finished, I went back to Lev and I's table. We also spent almost a few hours there in the café.

"You're also studying in Del Luna, aren't you?" He asked me

"Yes"

"Well, see you tomorrow, Brittany," he told me I just smiled

We had a fun conversation, I'm just not really used to this and I don't have a topic to think about. And I know this man is bored of me

It's MONDAY and I'm getting ready to go to school...

When we got there, Cassidy and I separated because we were in different sections

I was on my way to the classroom when someone blocked my way. When I looked up I smiled

"Lev"

"Good Morning" he greeted me and winked at me

'shocks, have a wink in the morning?'

"Morning" I greeted back and walked away

"Wait! Why did you pass me?" He asked. So I stopped walking.

"I have a class"

"Me too. I'll take you to your classroom"

"I can manage"

There is a part of me that I am thrilled with but... I don't want to be attached... I don't want to fall quickly.

"All right. Just walk with me,"

"'Yes!"

When I entered the classroom he waved at me and smiled. I smiled at him as well.

"Were you and him dating ?" Bree whispered to me.

I turned to her and said "No, it's nothing .. ahm, we met on Saturday. But nothing, just friends"

"I don't know if he likes me, he just said on Saturday I'm as beautiful as my name" I added

"That! Maybe he likes you! .. you know" she said

"Don't be like that! It hurts to hope."

"Why? Are you relying on someone? Hmm, there's something you're not telling me!"

I remember then that I really wanted this boy. Then we are always together .. he treats me like I am very important, he is full of sweet words, of course, I assume that he also likes me. You know he's very tender to me. Then one day he suddenly said that .. he was dating someone.

"Hey! are you with me?."

"Huh? yes. and no, I haven't hoped for someone yet, why is it really painful to hope especially when there is no destination"

I just choose to keep my hope in someone to myself.

It's not a big deal anymore.  I liked him first and then ... he even showed motive.

" It really hurts to hope.",

I can hear what the teacher is saying but it doesn't enter my brain. The lesson doesn't enter my brain!

My brain is too occupied now. I was also not in the mood to listen

"Brittany, let's eat," Bree said

"It's time for a break?" I asked

"Yes! You idiot. Come on"

I got up and we walked down the stairs.

When we got to the canteen I saw Lev at a table with his friends. when our eyes met he winked at me. I was just shaken

"Oh wow, wink?" Said, Bree

"Bree! Brittany! Come here. Here you have a table" we sat at Cass' table, I just quietly ate with the one next to me

"How's the food, babe?"

My eyes widened at what I heard. So did Cass and Bree

"BABE ?!" The two said at once

"Yeah. I called her babe, what's wrong on there?"

"Are you ?!" Cass was even more surprised

"Not yet. But we'll get there" Lev said smiling

"What can I get there ?! You're not courting me!" I said

"You want me to court you?"

"What ?! I didn't say anything, I just said why you said 'we'll be there and you're not courting me. It means we're going to be in a relationship"

"I really have a plan to court you. I'll just ask for permission from your parents and sister, also for your best friend's permission. They're both here again so .. can I court Brittany-"

"Wait! Why don't you ask me permission?"

"Shh, just wait babe. Are you jealous because I asked them first?" He is teasing me again

"What jealous?! your face!"

"Okay, so Cassidy and Bree. Can I court, Brittany Amaris?" This question is serious

"Yes! We'll support you" Cassidy said

"Sure! I've wanted my best friend to have a boyfriend for a long time!"

Lev turned to me "Before I ask you. I'll ask your parents' permission first" he said and stood up
